Negative experience: I rented a 3 bed villa for 1 week near Glenview country club in the Villages. Initially the contact and communication was fantastic and the accommodation was as listed. However, on arrival there was evidence of cockroaches and other bug infestation that had not been cleared. As we had arrived after office hours I emailed the following day with no initial response. I used the golf cart provided the following day and noticed a major fuel leakage from the tank which made the cart dangerous and unusable . I sent yet another email to Remax and was informed someone would be round to fix the cart and in addition would make contact with the owner regarding bug infestation. No one from Remax made personal contact to even apologise about the situation let alone offer some compensation for the cart being unusable and in a dangerous condition and the home not cleared of bugs. In summary the bug infestation was not cured, the golf cart although visited by their vendor who recommended the cart be left outside the building was not fixed, and more importantly no one made personal contact from Remax to enquire about our safety or holiday problems being experienced by my wife and I . Negative experience: Was trying to book a rental home through VRBO. This company happened to manage one of the homes I was looking at. I tried booking another home first but it said it was already booked by the time I had hit the "book" button. So I went to the next best property which was managed by this company. Upon looking at my "trips" section in VRBO, it said I had indeed booked my first choice so I immediately went to cancel the second choice reservation I had with this ReMax company. They only gave me back 75% of my money that I had put down on the property even though I literally cancelled the reservation before my card every got charged. Every employee I contacted about the scenario was completely apathetic to my situation and refused to give me my full refund. On top of that, their "refundable deposit" and cleaning fees are at least 3 times higher than the average for the area.

Negative experience: I phoned this office 4 times and spoke with 3 different people, none of whom knew why their website wasn't allowing me to book a short-term rental. Each person said that the problem would be reported. I was told to try the website again later. Days passed and the glitch continued to cause frustration and an inability to secure a rental. I finally sent an email and asked to speak with someone who might be able to assist me. A day later, Dena phoned. She was in her car and distracted. I told her the dates and the property I was trying to rent. She agreed to call back towards the end of the day to book the rental for me. She didn't. No one I spoke with knew any details about the rentals. I finally gave up on using Re/Max. Even a 1 star rating is 1 star too many.

Negative experience: If you are going to list your home in the Villages with this management company, BEWARE. Terrible service, terrible response time and unprofessional agents. Think twice, their expensive service charge could leave you with no one renting your place bc they make false promises and change things at the last minute. Not sure they are even following COVID 24 hour response.

Negative experience: Dastardly Business Ethics - In the event of a world wide pandemic, this company, specifically Brian Feldman, failed to issue a refund for our vacation which was set for April 4th 2020. After the president has issued a travel restriction, and the governor of Florida issued travel restrictions from my state. We decided to abide by these enforcements, but Brian Feldman decided to still charge us over $300. Companies around the world are doing what they can to help people in this time, but this company decided to gauge it's customers for every dollar. There are alot of Property Management companies to choose from, i suggest choosing one with better business ethics. Shame on you ReMax

Fantastic experience: We had a reservation through Re/Max Premier Realty for a property in the Villages for the month of April 2020. Unfortunately, we are unable to use it due to travel restrictions. I want to thank very much Re/Max for their help and information through the months we had the reservation - helping with paperwork and questions. To the owners of the property and to Re/Max, thank you also for considering our request for cancellation very quickly and for offering us a full refund on this booking. We thank you for your understanding and kindness and hope to use you in the future.

I was overcharged and rated poorly (personally) on a home that we left immaculate - because I was not pleased with a rental. I would Never recommend using this company.
