Fantastic experience: I’m going to try to describe in words how my experience was with Got Key’d Realty but it would be difficult to do. I will start with the process of buying our parents Condo. Ali Beydoun went above and beyond with making several different offers and finally landed at a fair price which allowed us to move forward. Ali was very communicative and very fun to work with. Ali is family but this was the first time my family did business with him. He never forgot the relationship we built over the decades and it was demonstrated in all the hard work he put it to securing our parents Condo. Hebah treated us like family and was literally so awesome to work with. She was empathetic and responded with urgency and was super kind whenever we inquired about the status. She is super professional and made me feel like I am messaging one of my sisters. Ghada was on the ball always responding and never making me feel like I was bothering her. She responded with important information that we needed throughout the process. Lila was a joy to work with. She reached out to me after the closing to ensure things went well and closed the loop and thanked us for our business. This is such a nice touch to make sure we as clients are satisfied and ok. The process was seamless and we closed in less than 2 weeks in our purchase, and our sale!
