Fantastic experience: Working with Adam McKee was nothing short of a great experience. Made everything about buying our first home simple, easy, and exciting. We previously had a realtor we refused to work with after a few major mistakes and problems. Adam eliminated any issues and concerns we possibly could’ve had when we were already pessimistic and annoyed at first with the first agent (through someone not affiliated with Century 21). Adam relieved all of our stress and made it actually fun to get our first home. He is worth far more than you pay for his service. Positive experience: Im leaving 4 starts because my agent randy, respectful and nice but you still have to make sure everything is going the way it should be.

Negative experience: My husband and I just purchased a home, and we are first time homeowners. What we have experienced with one of the agents here at this location is despicable. Not only were we not given the correct keys for the home, but the home was also left a mess which puts them at a breach of contract. The thermostat cannot be changed because we don't have the code. So, now we have to have someone come out and put a new thermostat in. The seller left paint which has to be properly discarded of. He left plants in the window, the basement had trash all in it. I didn't get a picture of the shower in the basement, but the seller still had shower gel and other personal items in the medicine cabinet just gross!! The agent at this location was not calling my realtor back and he had the nerve to tell her when we were given the incorrect keys that we were going to get the locks changed anyway. This behavior is appalling, and his license should be ripped from him. Why would anyone want to do business with someone like this?! I have enclosed pictures. This was a home we were supposed to move in, and it should have been clean! Very disgraceful!! The agent's name is Jiryes Jarrous. Beware of him.

Fantastic experience: 5 star rating does not cut it for Ali Charara and Ali Ayoub as they both worked flawlessly as a team to find a house that was perfect for me. After a year of searching tirelessly for a home that fit my needs and wants, the job was done and done right. They both made sure i wouldnt settle for a home i wasnt fully sold on. Highly recommend them both. First time home buyers or not, theyre the ones to go to!

Negative experience: Mike Ismail charged me $150 to return my keys to my home after I told him I didn't want to sell my home. Don't do business with this person. He keeps texting, emailing and calling my phone some odd two months later about this review. I reported this behavior to the police commissioners.

Negative experience: We are currently searching locations to open 5 more restaurants in Warren, Novi, Dearborn and the surrounding areas. That being said, I would never use or recommend your agency in the future. Ali Charara has been nothing but unprofessional and impossible to work with. We will make sure that we let our corporate office know how your agency deals with prospects and to ensure other prospective franchises do NOT USE you. So disappointing.

Negative experience: Abdulilah Adjabur scheduled a showing late Saturday evening for a12:45 showing on EASTER Sunday. My Seller was shocked that they scheduled it on such a day. She complied thinking they must be very interested. She and her family adjusted their plans accordingly and left the home for the viewing. At 12:50 a cancellation is sent. Buyers schedule changed. My Seller was beyond upset. It might not be the Agent or the Buyers religious holiday but it was theirs. To cancel after the fact was rude and unprofessional. They had to know their schedule in advance. Posted for my Seller

Negative experience: The will list your home. They will ask for 7% commesion. They are not paying one cent. And at the end. They will bring ugly offers. I wish i never sold my home with them.

I sent him my wishlist and he immediately found me a home same day with what I was looking for and closed on it. I highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone looking for a home.

The thing we initially loved about Sam was his honesty, always putting our concerns first. Negative experience: Stay away from this office! The agent will take you to a house and won’t even walk around the house with you. Being a first time home buyer I did not know what to look for. Having an agent is to protect you and after they made their money and I paid the office to put together paper work, I found out the house is not to code with wiring in basement all wrong, items removed from the home like light fixtures and items on the purchase agreement, but the agent made his money so why would he try to help out and make it right. Was told he was busy and month later still don’t have anything resolved. Attorney is now involved because I am in a home that no one should be in but spend almost 200k. Don’t use and stay away, they will not fight for you not protect you, but hey they all have flashy expensive cars!!

And he will not stop until he find you the house what you call home. My family and I appreciate everything he done for us. I’m very picky guy. Negative experience: If you ever go here I forewarn you to run from James Bowen! He is the worst agent in the entire universe. Hes a liar, he wont respond to you, he wont get the correct paperwork, and he will show up late to closing looking like he just rolled out of a cardboard box!!! It took over 3 months to close a house with him a full process of over 4 months!!! He and his buddy also do fraudulent appraisals! BEWARE!!

SYDNEY SMITH is not only lazy, but incompetent and a liar .Because if her, I am homeless She will never answer her phone after 5pm on Friday until Noon on Monday If you call Jill Abernathy,the office manager, she's in "Meetings " and unavailable .If she finally answers the phone, she passes blame on everyone and does not even try to resolve the problemproblem and told me she can't help me and cannot (will not ) resolve the problem . Michelle Wilcox, SYDNEY SMITHS' Office Manager actually hung up on me. Stay far, far away from this Agency on Ford Road, Dearborn Heights ,Michigan. The listing agent(for the property I wanted) did not even know who Sydney Smith was (she asked me "Who's Cindy"??) when called her office at KELLER -WILLIAMS ...Had no idea who my "Real Estate Agent " was. .

Negative experience: Ali Beydoun is a terrible agent. While purchasing a house in which he represented the seller, Ali consistently mislead the seller about the process of selling a home. He also put unnecessary pressure on us by threatening our mortgage lender. When we brought up our concerns to the seller that he might walk away from our offer, the seller denied having asked Ali to do any of this. Ali claimed the house was ready to close but failed to clear serious issues with the title that resulted in further delays to the closing and then continually tried to reschedule the closing even though the title was not close to being ready. This created more unnecessary work for everyone involved. Even now that the house is closed Ali is continuing to mislead the seller about the escrow process.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Dave Abdallah in 2012 when he helped me to lease my home in Dearborn Heights and purchase a new home in Livonia. When I made the decision to sell my Dearborn Heights home, I didn't think twice about who to call. Dave has made a name for himself by consistently going above and beyond expectations. I knew the sale would be challenging because my home was occupied by tenants. Dave coached me through techniques to use to ensure the maximum amount of showings because they required tenant approval. In the end, I received multiple offers within a few days and Dave's superior negotiation skills resulted in a final sales price above the listing price. Each and every one of Dave's team members I communicated with were extremely personable, timely to respond, and thorough in their responses. Buying and selling real estate is inherently very stressful, but Dave and his team make it seem easy by taking the load entirely off your shoulders and onto theirs. Keep up the great work!

Negative experience: My husband and I looked at a house in Taylor, MI during the last week of May 2017. We felt pressured by the realtor and the fact that he wanted us to go through their partnered mortgage company Premier Mortgage, instead of our mortgage company with whom we were already pre-approved with. We gave our financial information to them in the hopes that we would soon be able to place a bid on the house. We received many calls from the listing agent Dave Abdallah and one of his other agents showing the home for him. Again, we felt uneasy about placing an offer knowing that the home was listed below market value to get as many offers as possible. We decided that we did not want to be part of a mini auction and to go with our gut feeling and keep looking. A credit check was run on May 28th, and May 29th. We authorized this as we were interested in applying for a mortgage then. However, today we received a credit alert that our a credit check was again ran on June 23rd & June 24th. Why This lowered my husbands credit score 3 points! We DID NOT authorize this. We were correct in NOT doing business with 21st Century Realty and Premier Mortgage Co. We will be letting everyone know of our less than stellar experience. Please stop running people's credit long after they tell you that they are no longer interested in doing business.

Negative experience: Really pissed off. My husband and I contacted Dave Abdallah numerous times via phone and email in the last few weeks. Not once did he call us back or contact us about house being rented in dearborn on Cleveland st.
