Fantastic experience: Great selling agents! Tim &Emily have the best guy for pictures and drone work plus Emily does amazing write ups. She paid great attention to all the details I gave her regarding “hidden” features like in floor heating etc. Beyond that they helped us through some of the odd things that can arise when selling (a home insurance issue this time) and just made everything smooth. Super prompt replying to all our pre and post listing questions too. Best agents yet— we have 6 previous houses we sold and they are the best selling agent we have used to date.

Fantastic experience: Military family here! We had to PCS very quickly and decided to sell our house very quickly. With Emily and Tim it sold in 1 month (during slow season). We were so happy! Fantastic experience: We enjoyed working with Tim and Emily Holley so much when we purchased our home in 2018 that we chose them again to sell our home in 2024. Tim and Emily helped us purchase our home in Dawsonville in 2018. We had a weekend to find our new home. They were willing to show us as many homes as possible! They did not show us homes outside of the criteria we gave them like price range, size, etc. which made the process easier and faster. When we chose to sell our home in 2024, we of course called on Tim and Emily again. They gave us information on how to price our home and what we could do to make it appealing to buyers. They did a great job of assessing the value of our house and setting a listing price. They walked us through to point out things to address as well as ideas for staging. We've bought and sold many houses and I will say that this duo knows real estate very well. They took the time to pull the boat doc permits, which we never thought of. They explained to us the many different concerns one should have when buying a house on the lake. Many of these things never occurred to us, such as common use roads from the house to the lake for example. They seem to go the "extra mile" compared to other agents we have encountered. Fantastic experience: Tim and Emily helped my husband and I purchase a home in Dawsonville, GA. They showed us multiple homes and gave us honest pros and cons they saw with each house. With their help, we found an amazing home at a very low price that exceeded our expectations in every way. The USDA loan approval process is fairly complicated and basically requires you to get approved TWICE for the loan. Unfortunately, my credit was much less than perfect at the time, but Emily stayed by my side and worked with me daily for several weeks to help me rebuild my credit 50 points, obtain loan approval, and get the house at a great price! No other agents would have worked as hard for us as they did. You will not be let down with Tim and Emily!!!!
