I listed my rental house near Georgia Tech with Dustin Kimberley because he has a deep understanding of the student housing market there. Before listing with Dustin, I had spoken with several other highly qualified agents, but Dustin alone perceived the true value of my property based upon rental demand in the neighborhood. He priced it far above what I ever dreamed it was worth. I would have been willing to list for less in the interest of a quick sale, but he insisted that he could sell it at the higher price. In the end, I am delighted that I placed my confidence in him and yielded to his advice. Dustin and his team were especially careful and considerate in their interactions with my six tenants during the showings and inspections. He made sure that they were not inconvenienced in any way and limited visits to certain days of the week which the tenants chose. Within two weeks, Dustin brought me a full-price, all cash offer with a 14-day closing. Communication is of utmost importance to me. His team of agents, Alex and Carrissa, were extremely effective at communicating with me during the 14 days leading up to the closing. They handled every detail with precision and professionalism. Fantastic experience: Team Kimberley is the most cohesive, most prepared, most outstanding real estate group that I have ever worked with. Let’s just get that out of the way! At almost 60 years of age, I’ve been involved in the home buying process more than a dozen times. From California to New York to several transactions in the Atlanta metro area, I’ve literally ‘seen it all’. I know how rare it is to find a group that is truly a 24-7 operation; one that anticipates every possible need in the processes of purchasing and selling homes. The thing that most pleasantly surprised me? That as a small (read: under $250,000) client, I was treated with the respect and care that many companies reserve for their ‘top tier’ homeowners. There was truly a grand plan that was put in place and followed to a “t” by everyone involved with Team Kimberley. I would encourage anyone that is looking for a full-service real estate group to thoughtfully consider Team Kimberley. In them, you will find a group of professionals that will hold your hand through the home buying/selling process. They will not stop until they have fulfilled your every need.
