Negative experience: I am writing this review for people to know, what I never knew when I first approached Gina. Gina works with her team, which essentially means that, she may personally not work for you... she will assign one of her team member to you. We were new to this concept, so we understood this much later. Our experience has been quite contradictory to all the reviews here, wonderful reviews... the reason why we thought of buying our home through Gina. We got our house through Gina’s team member, while being out of Georgia. Now after arriving here and the days after, we realize this house is a cluster of repairs. Repairs, some just staring out on face and some hidden like just today we discovered the guest bathroom toilet leaks on flushing. Neither she or the home inspector she got, saw it. To add to it, I am so disappointed with how none of the contractors they got are at all professional. We were always made to feel that we need not worry anything about the repairs, they have the contractors who regularly work for them and all the repairs will be done before we even come to Georgia. But it turned out far from true. The contractors coming through Gina’s team were most unprofessional to say the least. Brad Chapman from BLC Ventures LLC, comes in to gives estimate for the repairs from the inspection report and before we receive that estimate, seller’s agent received the estimate. I have no idea who decided what items should be there in the estimate, it was not us though!! Clearly remember telling the agent to include EVERYTHING in the report. So once the sellers agreed to the credit request, Brad is gone! We never heard anything back from him. Now we realize the list of repairs extends far more than what was listed in the estimate submitted to the sellers or even what was in the inspection report. BTW, after that we got another contractor through our agent, we paid them half the amount of the repairs but much of the repairs are still undone. We have bought home before this and this was our worst experience ever!

Fantastic experience: My review is little delayed and comes from my experience in working with The Gina Sharma Team to purchase our home. I believe I owe this review to the team for the fabulous work ethic and professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. Gina and her team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. It started off with introduction from a friend who received great support in buying a house while he was still in India and was relocating back to the US. We started off sitting across the table and understanding each others expectations. A great conversation and Gina was patiently responding to every possible query I could have. I would not be surprised if Gina thought that I may not be a serious buyer The timelines of my buy had to be quick. I am regular traveler and had a window in Nov - Dec of 2016 where I could make a decision. What followed was - Great support in understanding my changing preferences - Making me understand what’s the need vs. a want - Demonstrating ROI on any investment on a longer term - Helping narrow down properties - Enable my decision-making process thorough data on geography and the current real estate market - I was provided with a detailed explanation of steps… Prior to this, I had no clue about how much goes into it. If I had known probably would not have started ( that was a joke- I needed it) But the entire responsibility was taken over by The Gina Sharma Team. All I had to do was walk into attorney’s office for final paper work. Did have to liase with bankers though for loan. Wish that could be outsourced as well. But had to take that responsibility as I am supposed to get a best financial deal basis my personal situation. I trust Gina and her entire team so much that I have referred 5+ friends to The Gina Sharma Team and they too have had wonderful experiences with the team. Over past 18-months what I like is the continued professional approach in dealing with clients and supporting them with genuine integrity and transparency.
