Fantastic experience: My partner and I closed on a house in early January with the help of Jason and April. I decided to take a few days to write this because I wanted to use the right words. Finally settled on one: they are unbelievable. It's hard to believe people like them still exist. I will be the first to admit I am a hard person to work with- I'm the typical anxious millenial and needed to stew over every single possible negative outcome before moving forward. I want to read every bullet point of the contract and know what it means (even if it doesn't matter). We had to close in less than 30 days with a Conventional loan. The day before the closing we weren't sure if funds would clear. Needless to say, I was a nervous mess throughout. Had it not been for Jason and April, I don't think we would have this house (that we fell in love with). I can recommend them to the ends of the Earth and back. Honestly, I felt like, if needed, April would ride into battle with an axe to get us this house- she looks sweet but that lady is fierce! They worked with our crazy timeline, increasing nerves, and every silly request. Jason actually crawled on the dirt with a really fancy-looking trench coat to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with a crawlspace. I know a lot of people give realtors a lot of flack, "what do we even need them for" and etc., but I can honestly say these two went above, beyond, to infinity, and back for us. When it looked like we wouldn't make our move date, they offered to come and help us move boxes. WHO DOES THAT? Unbelievable, I tell you. Thank you both for everything, from the bottom of our hearts!

Fantastic experience: Lisa: Your Advocate, with Hustle. From moment one, Lisa pulls together the resources and people needed to find your new place and get you into it. My first time as a homebuyer, I had a lot of questions (and uncertainty). She addressed all my questions (even sometimes reading my hesitation while I was formulating my question) and kept us moving forward. She stood by my side throughout the homebuying process, even saving me over a thousand dollars by spotting something on our final walkthrough. Prior to this home purchase, I worked in economic development, referring Lisa and others realtors to residential and commercial agents. She was ALWAYS the first to respond to referrals and consistently hustled on their behalf (some of them still thank me). Her network of partners is fantastic, and she'll do whatever she can to clear roadblocks for you.

She started off by recommending a great mortgage lender (Movement Mortgage)for our pre-approval. She listened to our wants and desires for our first home and met us at every home on time for our tours. She is very knowledgeable about the market and quite thorough in investigating the comps in the area. She always stayed within our desired budget and advocated for us when submitting offers. When my husband first contacted him when we moved down he told Ken we weren’t ready to buy but wanted to get an idea of where and what we wanted to buy. That did not deter Ken. He showed us houses for 6 months to get an idea of what we were looking for to get us our perfect first home.
