Fantastic experience: Ryan made the sale of my commercial building very easy. He made sure to look out for my best interest during the entire process. Incidentally, Ryan was the sales agent of the building when I bought it 13 years ago, so we have come around full circle.

Fantastic experience: I’ve rented apartments, homes, and businesses my whole life. I’ve never had a better experience than I’ve had with this company. They are attentive, fair, and have actual customer service. Unfortunately in North Carolina, it’s a stretch to say that about anyone. I’m answered to right away when I reach out and issues are resolved immediately. Even if I considered re-locating my business, I’d probably not, just to stay with these guys.

Negative experience: They were the property managers for my house in Cornelius. The tenants ruined the house. Permanent relative that smoked, pets that were never taken out. Annual inspections charged me to replace smoke alarms, etc but inspector ignored what was being done to ruin the house. SRA accepted no responsibity. I was on my own. I had to pay to get them out early so I could hire contractors and $17,000 later, I sold the house. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: This company was always quick to respond to any issue that arose. They are excellent communicators and helpful in so many ways, even when it came to my moving out. I rented with SRA for 3 yrs and would do it all over again. Thank you everyone from the front desk to everyone that follows. Great teamwork.

Fantastic experience: Ryan was unreal this morning. It was 17 degrees in Mooresville and the water lines were frozen solid; no water. We’ve got an elderly man that needed water ASAP. First, Ryan called right back, then within 1 hour Ryan was inside the Wellhouse with a heater. Within a another hour we had water. We’d give Ryan 100 stars if it was possible. Unreal!!
