Fantastic experience: I bought first house last year with Z Jones RE and it was a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and we beat out 4 other offers to get me my home. I highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: NEVER use Rob Murillo. Wish I did research on his bad reviews before. He simply ignores any requests and blows up your phone if you don’t sign papers right away. Let buyers on property without permission and lied about our house we had an offer on. We had to call the realtor of the house that accepted our offer and was told our funds were released a few weeks ago because we couldn’t close fast enough. Our realtor lied and promised they were fine waiting found out it wasn’t even ours then. He couldn’t even say a truth during this whole process. By far the worst experience I could have ever experienced. There was so much more that had happened to our family because of his actions and unprofessionalism. I don’t know how this brokerage even allows someone like this in the office.
