Fantastic experience: We met 3 members of the team at our first appointment and felt very comfortable with them. After we signed the agreement to have The Real Estate Center handle the sale of our property they went straight to work and didn't stop until we had an acceptable offer to purchase. Fantastic experience: Nicole was absolutely wonderful to work with!! We picked Nicole and her team to sell our house with after interviewing five realtors. While Nicole uses a team to support the many facets of home buying/selling, we could always contact her directly whenever we needed/wanted. We really liked that Nicole structures her company like how she would like to be treated as a client. As a two time out of state home buyer, I really appreciated that her listings included a floor layout with room measurements. What also set her apart was how easy she was to work with. While other realtors were arrogant and pushy, she absolutely was not. Her being a lawyer was also helpful and showed in all her attention to contract details. We had some extra time to chat too when she dropped off the lockbox. It truly was like talking with a friend and not awkward business partner talk. We had a bump in our sale when the first appraisal came back $30,000 under where we needed it. Nicole was able to work out a new appraisal for us though and got it right where we needed. It really was great working with Nicole and her team and would use them again in a heartbeat if we were ever back in Wisconsin. I felt like I was moving away from a friend when the transaction was done.

And for a first time home buyer it's pretty terrifying. I'm happy to say that I didn't experience any of that My realtor Katie Rowland was my fairy God mother. She answered every question I had and answered the ones I didn't know i had. She had more commitment in finding me a dream home than i did! She under promised and over delivered in every aspect of her service provided. Choosing to work with her was one of the best decisions I have ever made!!

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I found Nicole's team through Dave Ramsey's ELP website, and they did not disappoint! Katie, the agent that we worked with, helped to arrange showings that accommodated my work schedule as a health care professional, and would arrange to have another agent from the company meet us if she was unavailable. They also helped us to navigate mortgage pre-approval when our big-bank team turned out to be less responsive than we needed. Lastly, and MOST appreciated, was that they respected our house-buying budget. Despite the current seller's market, we never once felt pressured to offer or increase our offer by Katie. She provided an honest perspective on what she thought would make a strong offer and also what houses were likely to appraise at. Fantastic experience: I’ve worked with Nicole on both the buying and selling side and what I like best is that she is always working to get you the best deal. I always felt like I was her only client when I was was buying or selling and I know she was crazy busy!! With Nicole we sold in Waukesha - bought in Hartford, sold in Hartford - bought in Appleton, sold in Appleton and unfortunately left the state and couldn’t officially use Nicole but I was quick to call her and thank her for all her awesomeness...what we came to expect through Nicole is not the same service we received in MN!
