Fantastic experience: I found myself in the position of selling the house I lived in as a child, adult and parent. My father built the house I was selling 65 years ago. I had multiple realtors to choose from but I chose Gaby Martinez of X-treme realty in Davie. It was definitely the right decision. Gaby understood the emotional part of selling my long time home as well as all of the legal matters and contacts I would need. She showed my home non stop until it sold for the price I was asking. This was due to her diligence, knowledge and understanding. Gaby also cared about where my next house would be.
