Fantastic experience: Heather Stenson and her associate Brittany Ogrodowicz were amazing in this buying process using a VA home loan. This was our first time buying a home, and they took such good care of us. They were very quick and effective in getting our offer prepared and to the seller. (Heather worked for us on a holiday weekend late into the evening while sick! If she hadn't, the sellers may have chosen the other buyer. Brittany drove out from far away to show the house that very day.) They were very communicative and professional throughout the entire process, and I felt highly valued. We started the process on May 22 and closed on the house, keys in hand, on June 24. That's speed! Heather and Brittany were highly communicative and knowledgeable, particularly regarding the VA loan aspect. I couldn't ask for a better experience. My family and I are so happy with our new home. I could tell that Heather and Brittany both really cared about getting the win for us. And they did get it!

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the big Houston area and automatically thought buying a home here was gonna be a pain. Kathy mad it so easy and mostly enjoyable! In fact!…. I had to go out of town for work for a couple weeks. Saw this house that I liked, informed Kathy , even though we were negotiating with another house, and she took video of everything for me. We made an offer and I bought my house in Houston from Arizona! I think I was just in Kathy’s way! The closing was a walk in the park at Patten Title Company! Quick but thorough!

Fantastic experience: Kathy just completed leasing our home out. This was the second time we have used Kathy and she was amazing! We live in another state so Kathy was out eyes and ears. She inspected our home and kept me informed of things in need of repair or upkeep. She coordinated any necessary entries into the house to ensure the house was ready for new tenant. She took photos numerous times and forwarded to me so I could have a visual. And all the while she also found a tenant and got the necessary background and credit checks and facilitated an electronic signing of the lease. She ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. She showed us some homes that we were already looking at as well as some that she thought would fit what we were looking for. We fell in love with one of the homes she found for us, but when we started talking numbers with the seller, we quickly realized that the pre-approval we were given was extremely unrealistic for our actual budget. Fantastic experience: Due to the job change, we started looking for our new home in Houston in June. Kathy Stenson was recommended to us. She found out about our desire for a home and set up some filters so we could easily found an interesting house in Houston Medical Center and surrounding areas. Kathy is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and experience. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the house marketing analysis and potential house value. This information was very useful and helped us move forward straightforwardly. Since we were far away from Houston at that time, we had a difficult time touring all the interesting houses. Kathy offered to tour the property via video for us, and she also provided all the details, necessary information and some reasonable suggestions. A huge hurricane swept through Houston during our house hunting. Some houses we were interested in had some damage after the aftermath. She evaluated these damages for us and pointed out all these potential problems in the future if we had purchased this house and gave us her comments and suggestions to help us make a cautious choice and decision. After we moved in, Kathy also helped with a few other things and made sure we were happy with the home. We are so thankful for what she did. Overall, we felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. I would strongly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Fantastic experience: Kathy Stenson helped us buy our home in Houston, Texas, as a part of our relocation from Washington to Texas recently. We are so grateful for her help with the entire process. She has been extremely professional, responsible, reliable, and personable from day one. She has provided valuable information, suggestions, and guidance at every step of house purchasing, including location, offer, inspection, negotiation, and many others. She helped us narrow down to Rice Military area, a hot competitive housing market. She has been extremely patient to tour many homes through video chat with us, and pointed out pros and cons for each property. She responded to our phone calls and emails quickly at any time no matter how late it was for her. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has all sorts of resources needed for home purchase such as insurance, repairs, inspection, and financial assistance.
