Fantastic experience: We worked with Timothy at Hampson Properties for both our rental home when we first moved to the area and again a year later when we were ready to buy our house. Fantastic experience: Back in 2020 we tried to sell our property with no success. So 8 months ago we placed our land/ small ranch on the market with Hampson. The team was amazing from the first visit to the closing. Our house was on the market for 16 hours and sold sight unseen. The Hampson’s walked us through every step during this process, the whole team was so very friendly and we would highly recommend this agency to anyone if you were going to sell or buy.
