Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of working with Kay twice. Initially as the buyers agent for the sell of my dad’s home and as the seller’s agent for the sell of my home. Upon going into contract with Kay, she gave 1000% from the first phone call. She was able to meet with me the same day I called and she came ready to sell my house. There were a couple of hiccups on the builder's end and I was extremely frustrated and overwhelmed because of the lack of communication, miscommunication, and timing. Nonetheless, Kay was on top of it and calmed my anxiety. It will officially be a year in my home this December. And, the conversation that was had with my sister (where you indicated she had no money and should be grateful for you/your efforts) on today was, also, witnessed and recorded! The things that you said were mean spirited and again, MOST unprofessional! You are clearly desperate beyond desperate for business, clients and money to have to resort to what you thought would be hurtful insults after someone questioned what YOU said….AGAIN as recorded!!
