Fantastic experience: Tom McBride toured the house, laid out my options, took a bunch of pictures and within a day the buyer he approached made an offer. When that offer ended with the offer rescinded, Tom was right there with apologies and again explained our options. He had the property listed, a firm offer made and accepted, and a closing date set within five days. He set up the closing with Lee Carmichael who greeted us warmly and made us comfortable. He and I went over the various papers, Signed where indicated and we were waiting for the money from the buyer. The only glitch in the proceedings - problems with the wire transfer of funds - was handled swiftly and my money was overnighted to my new address. Overall, Tom was knowledgeable, reliable, competent and supportive when the first offer fell through. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Once we decided to move to GA, we needed to find a real estate agent. We found Avalon Properties through Zillow, and Tom reached out to us. Both Tom and Terry were knowledgeable, helpful, and wanting to help us, even with things other than real estate! We decided to go with new construction, and though it took us over a year to move here, Tom and Terry worked with us through the entire process. Fantastic experience: Our realtor, Terry Simpson made the entire process from the first viewing of the home to closing a seamless, smooth, pleasant process. After driving 3 hours to view the outside of the home, we called hoping we could request to see the interior. Thankfully, Terry was the realtor that responded and made it possible to see the home a short while later. She was able to answer most questions and obtained other requested information promptly. She was also extremely helpful with providing us with relocation information and guided us on the over all area (points of interests, county, state, and federal organizations etc ) Overall, a very pleasant home buying experience.

Fantastic experience: Five stars for Tom and his staff. I can't imagine anything that Tom could have done for us more than he did. Due to health issues, we did something we had sworn that we would never do and that is to buy a house remotely. Tom inspected everything that we had questions about and answered every question professionally and honestly. He did a complete video walk through and showed us everything that was possible as far as both positives and negatives concerning multiple houses. Fantastic experience: My experience with purchasing a home in Brunswick, Georgia from Tom McBride was a true delightful experience. I was an out-of-state buyer that needed a trustworthy agent to find me homes at my price point, and my unique situation. He kept sending me properties for over four months but once the one came available I had to react quick. This House sold within 24 hours. He stopped his plans while driving in his car to talk to me and then write up the contract for this property. I was buying this property sight unseen, Only the pictures on Zillow I had to go by. I do not know much about Brunswick, Ga but he kept me in a good area and I trusted his judgment to put me on a property that was tailored for my unique needs. This property checked off all my boxes. The view, the house size, fully furnished turnkey, and exactly at my price point. He counseled me on what I should offer and within 24 hours they had excepted my offer. Now I’m so excited to have my new vacation home where I can wake up every morning and look over my private marsh view of the sun rising. Five minutes away from Jeckyll and Saint Simons!
