Fantastic experience: Marc Fiore is the best! He was a big help with letting me know what to fix / update to increase the value. He referred me to contractors an those contractors were here within a few days, very prompt. Marc would follow up with me once or twice a week to see how everything was going. If I had a contractor coming he would call that day to make sure everything was going ok. Marc’s has wonderful marketing , the videos the post were unbelievable. However, I never hesitated to give him my listing and neither should you. I can say with confidence that today, I’m very happy he did. Marc’s Knowledge of the the space and timing in the market was incredible to watch unfold.
