Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe how grateful we are for Benny. We were first time homeowners and we were not knowledgeable about the home-buying process. During every home visit, Benny brought papers that explained all of the key information about each property. He was able to answer our many questions during each home visit as well. Whenever we found a property that we liked, we would just text Benny the address and Benny would schedule the tour based on our schedule. He often scheduled tours on the same day or next day, in evenings and on weekends. After we decided to put an offer on a house, Benny gave us some amazing tips on how to get the best deal through our offer and counter-offer. These tips ended up saving us around 30,000 dollars. Then, he helped us coordinate with the seller and seller's agent to ensure we could do our home inspection on our schedule. When we didn't get to close on time due to some mistakes on the seller's part, Benny coached us through the process and let us know what our options were. When our closing date got pushed into the next month, he was able to secure one month's rent for us from the seller, which was a financial lifesaver. I would likely recommend Benny and have already gave his number to some of my cousins who are looking for a home. Benny is so kind, easy to work with, understanding, knowledgeable, and responsive. Thank you for everything, Benny!!

Fantastic experience: Benny has been very helpful since the beginning of the house buying process. At our first meeting, he gave us documents that explain how the entire process works, how the timeline looks, all the terminologies involved in the process, etc. which proved to be very useful. He has a very good knowledge of the real estate market and great negotiation skills. He is very responsive to any questions that we have and responds promptly to phone calls, texts as well as emails. He is very patient and accommodating towards any of the queries that we have. He is very easy to work with and the entire process felt like a breeze because of all the help that he provided us with. Thank you very much, Benny!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Benny as first time home buyer and was very happy with my experience. We looked at a few homes in the Inland Empire, then I decided I wanted to start my search in San Pedro, and Benny was helpful in understanding the market there. We ended up purchasing a condo there and Benny was helpful from start to finish including talking to the lender, getting the home inspection completed, etc. I would recommend Benny to and would definitely use him again in the future.
