Negative experience: UPDATE: Not only did she put our "private conversation" out. She violated the customer trust. Therefore, I suggest anyone that is potentially looking into this Buyer, please read her reply. As I do not see the purpose of putting personal discussions out in public. Having my spouse name and information is out in public is negligence on her part as it was not indented to be used a public manner. This is not relevant to our initial request. At first, Alyssa seemed great to work with. I found her through positive reviews on Zillow and Instagram, which gave me confidence in reaching out. Initially, I contacted her via text on her cell, but I didn’t hear back until the next day. I followed up with a message on Instagram, and she did eventually respond. While she appears confident and knowledgeable in real estate, my experience as a first-time buyer was met with limited communication and a lack of consideration. I had several questions and was hoping for more guidance. Unfortunately, it felt like her open house in Long Beach took priority over my concerns, and when I tried to explain my situation via Instagram, I was met with an unexpected and disappointing reaction. What is most concerning — and the reason I felt compelled to update this review — is that Alyssa later responded publicly to my feedback by sharing details from our private conversation. This included mentioning my spouse by name and sharing personal information that should have remained confidential. The fact that she referenced my spouse’s deployment — which had no relevance to our initial discussion — shows a serious lapse in judgment and professionalism. This kind of response from a real estate professional should raise red flags for any potential client. What concerns me most is how she responded to my review. Rather than addressing the feedback professionally, she publicly disclosed details from our private conversations, including personal information about my spouse, deployment status. This was not only unprofessional but also a serious breach of trust. As a customer, I have the right to share my experience without being personally attacked. I urge anyone considering this agent to do thorough research beforehand. Professionalism and respect should always come first in any client relationship.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start with Alyssa? If you are looking for the hardest working, most personable realtor— Alyssa is your girl! Our process of home buying was very up and down and wasn’t a fast process. There were times we thought we were ready and looked, even put in offers. But at that time, deep down, we weren’t ready. I felt embarrassed and felt like we let Alyssa down. But she never gave us that feeling. She always so encouraging towards us. We took a long break and got married. With our wedding money we were officially ready to start looking again. This time around was much harder. The market was even crazier! We searched again and starting putting offers in, but nothing was sticking. Then finally we found a house we really really loved. We told ourselves that if we didn’t get this house that we would take another break and save up some more money. But you already know our girl Alyssa put together the most amazing terms that the sellers couldn’t deny. We beat out offers higher than ours. And we absolutely wouldn’t have been able to do it with our our girl. We not only consider Alyssa as just our realtor but an amazing friend.
