Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a team that cares, that listens and puts you first, then this is your team. German Lopez helped us sell our house and buy our new one simultaneously. I’ve heard horror stories of selling and buying at the same time, well not with German! He made everything so smooth and stress free! We can’t thank him and his team enough for being there for us through this process. We couldn’t be happier.

Negative experience: I built with SKE and I have to say I was not impressed with the German Lopez team. Brent was the builders realtor and he promised us prior to signing the contract we would have access to the home while it was being built even though the contract said we couldn't. He said people do it all the time. We found problems throughout the weekly walkthroughs such as the house having arches on the outside even though it was supposed to be straight edges. The washer and dryer hookups were reversed without asking us even though the signed blueprints had them in correctly. I brought this up to brent and he said the foreman (Sergio) switched them without anyone knowing. I then talked to Sergio about fixing the issue. Sergio was not professional as he raised his voice while talking to me. Sergio did become more professional as time went by. He then created a story that I went into the house and disrupted the workers. Then German Lopez wrote a letter saying if I enter the house prior to the final walkthrough they would take my esgrow money and I would not get the house. We sent an email back to German Lopez. He never responded. I found this to be very unprofessional. Brent then told me I could no longer contact him and acted like he never promised all the things he did prior to signing. My neighbor had Lopez as the builders realtor for him. He said he never answers his phone and he is always out of the office. He is very disappointed in how Lopez handles himself. I have multiple other friends dealing with this realtor team and all have had issues. Very very disappointing. I highly do not recommend using them.
