Fantastic experience: The most exceptional human being I've ever met. She literally stopped me from being homeless. She helped sell my home. She took extraordinary care to make sure that I was okay. I'm have traumatic brain injury so I'm very difficult to deal with and she still dealt with me when nobody else can to all of the veterans out there and to everybody else. Negative experience: I was in the process of finding a rental for a specific month that was beneficial to my family and I. When we came across a rental in which seemed perfect for us, we reached out to the rental lease agreement person. She was quick to respond and even allowed us to view both rentals available. Very kind woman and was enthusiastic about the process of getting our application started AT FIRST. Well after further discussion with my husband we decided that moving so quickly (because carol said the rental was needing to be rented out by the first of the month which mind you is in just 3 weeks or we’d lose out on the opportunity) was not the best option for us. We decided to just wait for our baby to arrive (any day now) in order to feel less stressed and overwhelmed with the transition. But this is the way Carol responded to our backing out and Mind you we lost money as well because we each payed $65.00 for our application. In case anyone ends up working with her DON’T FEEL THE PRESSURE OF NEEDING TO RENT A PLACE AT HER PREFERENCE. You move when YOU feel is right and not because Carol is saying the rental will not be available if you don’t jump on it right at that moment.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine referred me to Carol & Company for property management. I had 5 hassle free years of renting out my property. When it was time to sell, they handled everything for me and had an offer in less than a month.

Fantastic experience: The best agent possible. Been working with Carol for years and she will ALWAYS do what is right, both for buyers and sellers. She even goes the extra mile to mentor the new inexperienced realtors so that they can do the best to help their clients, I have seen it firsthand. I was the seller of the home Mr. Gordy bought and who seems to be so disappointed in the deal. All I have to say is that the realtor who represented him, who is NOT part of the Engler team, and who I have no need mentioning, made this process a living hell for us as sellers and most definitely for Mr Gordy himself since he has the need to go after the listing agent. I will once more state why it is so important to find EXPERIENCED AND RESPECTED agents such as Carol, she did her best to council and advise his agent to do what was right, for the best interest of both parties, nonetheless his representative instead of making the buying process as smooth and just as possible, was only interested on TRYING to be knowledgeable and only affecting her own customer at the end of the day. THAT IS WHY CHOOSE EXPERIENCED, RESPECTED AND HONORABLE AGENTS JUST LIKE CAROL ENGLER!!!

Negative experience: Carol is widely known around Yuma for being rude and unprofessional. How she continues in business with this reputation is nothing short of a social commentary on greed. Choose her representation, but lose your conscience along the way.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. No contact. Ive emailed and called, left voicemails for the past week. They do not call back or answer emails. One of their rental properties next to my house has a broken wall and they keep pushing the blame. I had to foot the whole cost on my own. Do not recommend unless you want to have a headache and hassle without resolution.

Negative experience: I want everybody in Yuma to know that Carol Engler is a rat. She is dishonest and I’d never recommend her to anybody. She sold my house and made promises she didn’t keep. ADRE should look into her business deals.

Negative experience: I am sorry to give Carol such a low rating since I haven't actually worked with her, but sadly I have worked with one of her associates. Deborah Sanchez is an employee with her and the absolute worst realtor I have come across. Not only did she show us homes that were out of our wanted price range, but made me feel like I needed to raise my budget in order to find a home that fit all my families needs. When my husband and I realized she was not a good fit for us, and informed her we were going to take this in another direction, Debbie wasn't going to take that sitting down. she began calling me repeatedly, sending me paragraph long texts demanding I give her reason to seek representation else where. My husband had to step in and tell her that if she didn't stop we were going to pursue this as harassment. We hoped it would stop there since we are adults, it didn't. Debbie then had the audacity to call my mortgage lender, she called the realtor we decided to represent us, she called our realtors banker, and she didn't stop there, she even called the builders broker we are considering for our home purchase. This is my husbands and I first purchased home together and the experience has been completely ruined by her. Her actions are embarrassing and confirmed our thoughts that she was only interested in her commission. I am absolutely HORRIFIED for anyone that ever may come in contact with her in the future, for there is absolutely nothing ethical about her. STAY CLEAR!!

Negative experience: Carol Engler, ERA, employee, April Barker, was represented to me as a Property Manager with Carol Englers office, by Carol, since she sent her over my home. April Barker, was not a licensed Realtor #1, which I was unaware of. When April offered to help me sell my furnishings by putting them on Craigs list while I was gone on vacation for 2 weeks, April STOLED all the money from the sale of my furniture. We then notified Carol Engler, she did NOTHING! didn't even fire her.Nor did she contact me to even acknowledge my loss, nothing, until several months later April stoled some checks .from Carol Engler, NOW Carol can prosecute her and put april in Jail. Why didn't Carol Engler protect a former clien?t is it legal? Carol Engler did nothing when she found out I was robbed but now wants my story given to the detectives to help with her case.
