Negative experience: She will say what you want to hear to make a sale. We didn't ask for much, but this home had been on the market for over a year and she said she'd have it cleaned. She didn't do that and we paid over $600 to have it cleaned. I asked her to reimburse for a part of that cost and she's ignoring me. Would never hire her to represent us as a buyer.

She continued to offer support well after close of escrow. The weekend I was moving in I had an issue with my water heater, I called to ask her for a recommendation for a plumber. She did not just recommend someone, she called them and sent them to my house within the hour. A month later, huge issue with my HVAC system.
