Negative experience: Apparently my husband and I worked for this company a year ago (we do not recall) and David has called us multiple times lately very rudely saying that we basically are dumb for not moving forward with them because we still haven’t been able to sell our home. (He saw our home was listed with a realtor) Told us we ruined our opportunity for selling and that we’re not smart for taking an offer from a different company recently for 320k when our 4 bed 2 bath pool home is worth over 400k. He said they’ll buy it for 260k. He then stated that they would not be able to resell it for much based on it not selling with a realtor. Then proceeded to slip up and say they would fix it up (about 10k in cosmetic repairs) and list for 420k? Highway robbery. Basically keeps calling to tell us they’ll buy our house for 260k and that’s the best offer we’re gonna get. But over the last 2 weeks we’ve received 2 offers, one for 320k and one for 340k. I’m not sure if he thinks we’re uneducated because we’re young, but the gaslighting and hostility is extremely unprofessional

We were in a tricky situation where we were moving my mother in law from FL to NC as she could no longer live on her own. Her home needed $30-$50k worth of work/updating. Since we live in NC, this would have been very difficult to manage. I found David and Synergy Home Buyers on the internet but was very skeptical about all of the “cash” home buyers in the FL market and even more, all of the fraudulent and unethical cash home buyers in FL. Not only did we come to a fair price after negotiations, but the process was quick, easy and exactly as described. The chosen title company who handled all of the transactions was also fantastic to work with (Gianell Title). While it was clearly less than we could have gotten for the home if we did all of the renovations; we removed that headache, saved 6% RE fees and closed in 30 days!! Done and done!
