Negative experience: If I could leave half a star I would. I contacted Andrea Fonseca through facebook marketplace about a month ago and she read my messages and left no reply. This morning I decided to write her again because I was truly interested in the apartment building she had posted. She proceeds to accuse me of being a realtor and basically took her anger out on me. When I realized how rude she was I honestly decided to tell her to just forget everything because I would not be renting absolutely anything through her. She then had the nerve to tell me “I couldn’t even afford it” and before I could report her for horrible customer service she blocked me. If this is the “truly professional” and “quality service” she says she likes provide for clients, then I definitely don’t want to see the bad service she can give. I will not stop until I am heard and will be posting this review anywhere I can until they do something about her

Negative experience: I have made multiple attempts to contact your office because I need to file a formal complaint regarding one of your employees, (Andrea Fonseca). Her conduct is consistently unprofessional and reflects extremely poorly on your business. Ms. Foster routinely enters other properties displaying a negative sense of entitlement and an arrogant attitude toward staff. She has been caught on multiple occasions lying to her own clients, and when confronted, she deflects responsibility by sending emails to property managers falsely blaming leasing agents and fabricating events. Additionally, we have discovered that Ms. Fonseca deliberately visits other properties’ websites with the intent of posting negative Google reviews when she fails to secure deals for her clients. Due to the severity of this pattern, a private investigator was retained, and the investigation linked several anonymous negative reviews directly to the IP address associated with her personal cell phone. This behavior is unethical, deceptive, and damaging—not only to individual properties but to the credibility of your company as a whole. Multiple properties have independently raised concerns about Ms. Fonseca repeated negative and unprofessional conduct. I am requesting immediate reassurance regarding her position and what corrective actions will be taken. At minimum, this behavior warrants serious disciplinary review, and frankly, her continued employment raises concerns about the standards your company upholds. She is not a positive representation of your brand. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

Fantastic experience: I cannot have enough praise for Nanette Davidson Jackson. As soon as she had our rental listing, she went into action, fixing all the small details that has been previously overlooked. And she rented it in a week. She is extremely dedicated and professional. Don’t hesitate-this is the realtor you need.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for a showing with one of their realtors, Gabriella, at 2:15 today. She sent a text at 2:08pm canceling after I drove 30 min to make the appointment. The epitome of why realtors in Miami have the WORST reputation and apparently London Foster is a brokerage that is no different.

Negative experience: Almost lost a deal because of this brokerage. Fired my realtor because of them.

Negative experience: Fernando Martin Catapano scammed me! He asked for a deposit and I sent it to him and the day I was supposed to move in he disappeared! He is a scammer!! Becareful everyone!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a 100% commission brokerage look no further than London Foster! They have the best support staff, your commission is paid immediately after closing, easy system to follow, E & O insurance, escrow account and they'll even draft your business cards. Don't waste your time with other 100% brokers that make fake claims against your commission. There's no such thing as "late documents" or "misconduct" in real estate. I am now looking forward to doing more transactions with London Foster. My only disappointment is that I didn't join them sooner!

Negative experience: This place is very unprofessional. A realtor named Connie Perez showed me and my boyfriend a property and we were approved. I met with her and gave her a $2000 security deposit on may 26th. The move in date was set for June 8th, but when the day came we were told by her that the owner was having issues with HOA and can’t rent it out unless he had it for a year, so basically the deal didn’t go through. I asked for about a week for her to send the form so I could get my deposit back and she kept prolonging it and sending more listings. She finally sent the form June 21st and I was told it would take 5-7 days for me to receive it. Well now it’s July 12th and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. Connie only responds when she wants to or if I mention legal action. I’ve emailed the escrow department and never got a response. She told me it was sent by 2 day mail by ups, then turned around and said they sent it through regular mail. Either way I should’ve been had it . Like I said the escrow department never responded to my emails I even called and was told to just email them. So at this point I have no choice but to get into contact with a lawyer about this and see what steps I can take next. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m just wanting my $2,000 back didn’t think I would have to go through all of this. They’re all unprofessional and I highly advise you guys to go else where when looking for a place.

Negative experience: One of your realtors (Jennefer Gaskin-azuaje) scammed me with the purchase of a property in Foreclosure. She asked me to deposit money in her company Global International FEI 45-3202613 to be able to acquire the property at the court auction. She subsequently gave me a false address of the property and gave me a false key. 11701 Alton Road #13 Miami Beach FL 33139 USES Please I ask you to investigate this case. Thanks and regards

Fantastic experience: I signed on to London Foster during quarantine after doing a lot of research on the best brokers to work for in Miami. After dealing with the onslaught of deals that were pushed back due to COVID, I cannot be any happier to have made the switch, and would never have been able to get some much accomplished so efficiently for my clients, and myself, without this brokerage. They have streamlined everything in a way that is both extremely safe and easy for my clients, and done everything imaginable to help associates make the smoothest transactions possible. There are video tutorials for anything and everything an associate could have a question about. They also do daily live trainings for newer agents. It was a slight challenge/learning curve to switch from Dotloop to Form Simplicity but now I understand why this system is so superior to what I had been accustomed to using previously. London Foster has a number of administrative staff members to reach out to in the event you still aren't getting something, and they answer you right away regardless of what time of day or day of the week it is, with extreme understanding and patience. The commission splits are some of the best I've ever seen, especially given the amount of expertise that becomes available to you. There is even a live chat that agents are able to post questions and receive great answers from more experienced Associates. The best part, you get paid almost immediately with e-check, but still have the option for ACH (which takes longer). You have your own escrow deposit card for the Wells Fargo LF escrow account, which is awesome and very easy to use. This is a long review but I cannot say enough positive things about the brokerage and would HIGHLY recommend to Real Estate Clients and Professionals alike. I only wish I had signed on sooner!

Negative experience: I had one of the worst experiences ever while working with one of the realtors (Angie M. Blanco). She harassed me for weeks and every time I gave her the opportunity to help us, she Allowed her ego to dictate. Angie was useless. This realtor was dead set on one particular apartment and neglected to give us other options. We were working with another realtor who showed us the same exact apartment for $125 less per month and Angie’s response to that was it’s “In high demand” when the property was sitting there for over 3 weeks. We ran our credit and provided her with every bit of info that could possibly be provided. Angie never disclosed the application fees but we went through with it regardless. She asked us to provide 3 months of bank statements, asked very personal questions that no realtor should be asking and told us to go work with someone else when we would ask her general questions that would get us further in the process. I have never spoken with someone who could talk themselves out of a sale like she did. Such a shame because we were ready to make an offer. Never let your ego get in the way of business.
