Negative experience: I hired Cindy Bannon to find a tenant for my rental property and she charged me a full month’s rent as her commission. To my knowledge she failed to perform even the most basic tenant screening—no background check, no employment verification, no Social Security or banking information. Because of her negligence, I ended up with a tenant who caused serious problems and had to be evicted, costing me time and money. When I contacted her to request the tenant documentation and express my concerns, she responded with insults—calling me “ignorant” and telling me to “lose her number and never contact her again.” This behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable from a licensed agent. I will be filing formal complaints with the real estate licensing board.

Fantastic experience: I called Salomon Reality to move and Patty Webb was my Realtor she did a amazing job !! sold my house and also found me a great place in the Poconos. She made things easy as We are a older couple . Through the whole process give her 5 stars. If you go with this realtor you made a excellent choice. Very professional and trustworthy. Fantastic experience: I own several investment properties that are managed by Cindy Bannon of Salomon Realty for ten years. She is responsible for identifying suitable properties, renovation in accordance to code, pass inspection, and then identify and manage renters. It is unfortunate that some renters over the years have breached their contract and had to be evicted despite the fact she tried to reach a fair solution. Salomon Realty handled these unfortunate situations with my interests as the land lord first. Despite the fact that she knew the tenants evicted by court order will be very unhappy about this and possibly write bad reviews about her. I will continue to use Salomon Realty for additional properties I shall purchase. Salomon Realty has earned my trust. To me, Cindy goes beyond buying and selling homes. Annually she reviews my return on investments and seeks ways to improve the bottom line. The properties she recommended to purchase were good investment properties and within budget.

Fantastic experience: David C. is hands down the best agent that you will ever work with! He's extremely knowledgeable about real estate and can find you the property that meets your needs. I'm new to investing and he was able to instantly point me in the right direction, and tell me the properties that I should and shouldn't work with. Highly recommended for first time home buyers and investors alike!!

At times I was ready to throw in the towel, but they were persistent and patient. Doug was very knowledgable about the buying process and always kept me abreast of the schedule of events during the process. She made me feel so comfortable through the entire process. I had so many questions & concerns about making this big life decision. She had such good advice about things I never thought to look for such as street lights & fire hydrants as well as water drainage. Fantastic experience: Cindy was our realtor way back when she worked for another realtor 12 years ago , i definatley put her thru her paces as i looked at 32 homes to be exact spent every weekend with us until we found the home we wanted and stayed on top of everything every step of the way, thru the years we have kept in touch and she has worked very hard to build her reputation , so it was a no brainer as to who i wanted to sell our home when we decided to move to another state . Once again her persistence helped us sell our home and even though we were in another state she took care of everything from making sure our lawn was cut to going to settlement for us so we did not have to fly back up. Fantastic experience: My wife and I chose Salomon Realty to purchase our first home. We definitely put Cindy through her paces looking at over 20 houses. With that being said, all we knew as buyers was*** wow this is nice*** but Cindy really was top notch pointing out issues that some of these houses had requiring way too much work, or weren't really a fit for our family. Negative experience: WARNING ⚠️ IF I COULD RATE HER BELOW 0 I WOULD. Let me say that dealing with Cindy has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The property that I rented is not only illegal without permits and has code after code violations, but it also floods every heavy rainfall. They refused to fix anything to the point that I had to call in city inspectors out to look at the property. Complete nightmare!!!!!!
