Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Sarah and Nicole! We primarily worked with Sarah to buy our home. We were moving from out of state and she was very responsive by phone and email as needed. We did video tours of homes and it felt easy. She answered all of our questions about how things work in Florida and guided us on various taxes and other documentation that were new to us. She helped with the inspection, setting up contractors, and anything we needed from start to finish. Nicole was great with connecting us with contractors and helping us to stay on top of everything as we made some changes before our big move. She’d stop by and send pictures of the progress and keep us informed. I highly recommend Sarah and Nicole!

Fantastic experience: We were blessed to find Nicole Middlebrook. Besides being an unbelievably awesome real estate professional, Nicole is an unbelievably outstanding person. We were connected to Nicole by her agency who we randomly called regarding one of their online listings. We did not originally know where in Florida we wanted to be, so we were looking north, south, east, and west hoping to find the perfect property and Nicole was willing to put us in contact with other realtors in those areas who were also really fine professionals. Nicole arranged the perfect schedule for all the homes we wanted to see in the St Augustine and surrounding area. At the time, we were living in CT and traveled to FL to see homes when we could, which were multiple times. Nicole was so patient with us, happily and professionally accommodating our multiple visits. Most realtors would have written us off and given up, but not Nicole! She not only stayed with us, responding instantly to all of our emails, texts and calls, but as we were viewing the homes, she took copious notes of what we liked and didn't like about each home on the back of the printouts, so we could review it later...Who does that??? Nicole did, and it was VERY helpful. In desperation we decided to seek and review new construction in the area. Nicole spent the entire day with us and the agent for one of the builders we were interested in, working out the details of a home we were excited to build. After 13 hours of dedicated time, we came to the conclusion that the project was not going to work for us. Nicole was not deterred despite this unfortunate waste of time. She continued to be positive and hopeful that we would eventually find what we were looking for. FINALLY we found our dream home in a perfect area, all because of Nicole's patience, persistence, wonderful advice, and workmanlike professionalism. By that time, Nicole had been working with us for over a year. Most definitely, and without hesitation, we would recommend Nicole Middlebrook to anyone looking for their dream home in St Augustine/Jacksonville area. In summary, we give Nicole our highest 10 star rating, (sadly they’ve limited us to only 5 stars in this review!). We were indeed blessed to find this rare diamond of a Realtor! Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell a home in NE Florida that will work with you from start to finish guiding you every step of the way, we highly recommend Nicole Middlebrook with ReMax First Coast Collective. We met her in Jan, 2024 while she was showing a home. We were living in So FL at the time and planning to move to NE FL during the summer. We wanted to buy in a particular area and knew what size and configuration we wanted in our next home. Nicole found us many prospects and we made regular weekend trips to NE FL to walk through homes and further refine what we liked and disliked. By mid Feb, we had a buyer for our home and in March, we contracted to buy a home in Duval County. Despite a hiccup in which our buyer backed out which ultimately cost us the house we contracted in NE FL, Nicole was not discouraged and assured us we would find another home. Relying on Nicole to find us a home, we moved to Jacksonville in June and continued our home search. Unfortunately, we were not finding what we were looking for in the area we planned to move. Thinking outside the box, Nicole found us a home in a community that offered the amenities we were looking for and we closed on our house in July. During the six-months we actively worked with Nicole, we found her to be the consummate professional listening to our input following inspections and refining her search to meet those expectations. She was always there to offer advice and answer any questions as we went through the closing process. When we found the house we ultimately purchased, Nicole provided us with vendors for home inspections, painting, and other improvements we wished to make prior to move-in. Nicole's co-worker, Sarah Olsen was also extremely helpful on several occasions showing us homes when Nicole was busy with open houses. I contacted her several months before we were serious in the market--asking her to just be on the lookout in case a 2 bedroom, 2 bath because available on the beach. Fantastic experience: We were simply 'exploring the area' and wandered into First Collective to ask if someone was willing to spend an hour to show us 2 gated communities we could not see on our own. Nicole said, ' no issue, i will take you' knowing we had no intention of buying. She immediately, set us up to see 3 gated communities. Nicole and First Coast Collective were professional, knowledgeable, immensely helpful, supportive, held our hand through and past closing. Most importantly, Nicole immediately 'read' my wife and her needs. When we did begin looking, Nicole didn't 'throw' things at us. She knew what we wanted and only sent us very close 'fits'. She assisted us in putting in two offers and luckily we had the second offer approved. Since we were already back in NY with the second part of our search and ultimately the accepted offer, she FaceTimed my mom to walk her through the property, helped set up the home inspection and held our hand every step of the process while we were in NY. During the process she was constantly in communication with both of us, always on top of things and never left us hanging. Fantastic experience: Nicole was wonderful! We grabbed some coffee on the first day and walked through what I was looking for in a home and a break down of the steps in home buying. So I knew what to expect, she wasn't pushy in any way which is what I had ran into with others and was extremely detailed and got to know me. I really appreciated how professional she was, I'm a big folder and paper in hand type of person. Through out the whole process she followed up on each step and kept me in the loop and what to expect at each step when we got there. I think the most important thing Is I felt like she cared and she helped me stay confident since home buying can be a bit scary for a first time home buyer or anyone buying. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for the best realtor, look no further, Nicole Middlebrook is your realtor! To say the least, I am very picky! I felt as if I was looking for a needle in a haystack. Nicole was always a pleasure to work with, she listened to me and went above and beyond the call of duty. Nicole was constantly sending me listings of homes reflecting my wish list. I would receive emails every day and sometimes at night and on the weekends too! Nicole is so sweet, a professional and relentless, never giving up! Her attitude is the best, she was always positive.
