Fantastic experience: Amanda Romeo represented me in the purchase of a rental property in Jacksonville, FL. She was very responsive and proactive in vetting potential properties. This was vital because I was in California at the time! Further, she was 9 months pregnant at the time!!! Despite this, she made it to multiple showings and sent me video recordings with full coverage and supplemental commentary. Amanda is a great representative and will work tirelessly to get you into the right home/investment.

Fantastic experience: We love Amanda! My husband and I combined households and Amanda was there every step of the way. When I bought my townhome in 2016, she was the seller's agent and lived in my same neighborhood. We talked often and kept in touch. I liked her so much that I decided to use her as my agent when selling that same townhome in 2020! I moved into my then-fiancé's house, and Amanda helped us sell his home AND helped us find our "forever" home at the same time (no easy task in this market!) She even arranged it so that we closed on both houses on the same day. Amanda has been a part of our journey now for quite some time, representing us in the sale of two homes and the purchase of another. She is incredibly thorough, honest, and trustworthy. She always did everything with our best interest in mind. We hope to never move again, but should we have any real estate needs, she'd be the first person we would call. At this point, she's a friend and someone we know will always have our back, no matter what. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She's represented us in Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Augustine, so she knows all the areas. Thank you, Amanda! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Amanda has been working with me for over a year for a condo to use as a 2nd home for weekends. She has been very helpful with figuring out locations and making sure that the condo I purchased was a good value. I changed my mind on numerous occasions on the type of condo I was looking for and she just shifted her gears and looked for whatever type I decided to look for. Our budget was very limited so it was not an easy task to find something that worked for us. She responded timely and kept in touch throughout the year.

Fantastic experience: Amanda was always there for me, weather it was to answer a question or provide information updates. She helped to price my property ,which she priced higher than I expected, and we sold for over asking price. The property was only on the market 1 day before we got an offer. About 35 days from listing to closing. I was very impressed with Amanda's professionalism. I could not be happier with the results .

She is always available to chat within a reasonable time frame and has a lot of knowledge about the industry.

Fantastic experience: Amanda was a dream to work with. She listened to all of our wants and needs and showed us some amazing homes. We are in our dream house because of her. She kept us calm and at every step. Selling and buying your home can be a stressful time and Amanda handled all of our calls texts and emails with poise and grace. There is only ONE person I would trust for any of our future home buying/selling needs and that is Amanda!

Fantastic experience: I was wanting to sell some property that I had owned for a long time.Amanda was recommended to me by a property inspector, and I was so thankful that I took his advice. After speaking with Amanda I was very impressed with the way she explained to me how to list my property. She kept me informed from and up to date from the time I listed until the property was sold. If I ever need someone in the future i sure hope I can get her handle it for me. I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone who needs her service.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough how thrilled we were to have Amanda as our realtor. She negotiated a lower price with closing costs on the house we purchased, and made the extensive paperwork process a breeze. She also got us a fantastic price on the sale of our previous home- and quickly. We had multiple offers within days of listing and in under 2 weeks we accepted a full price offer, ultimately closing in less than a month. In our neighborhood there were multiple homes (comparable in both specs & asking price) that had been on the market for months. Ours was under contract in just over a week. Not only did she make every aspect of the buying and selling process easy, she never made us feel silly for asking a zillion questions or rushed in making a decision. She gave us advice when we asked, but never pushed us in one direction or another. Due to her insight we always felt that we were making educated, well informed decisions, and that our decisions were just that- ours. In addition to her knowledge and expertise, she is also a pleasure to be around. When buying and/ or selling, you spend a lot of time with your realtor. Not just the tons of phone calls and emails that go back-and-forth, but also face to face time. Multiple showings, inspections, appraisals, closings, etc... enjoying the company of the person you are working so closely with is an important factor. Luckily with Amanda not only are you getting an expert, but also someone who is enjoyable to be with. To sum up, she’s just damn good at her job.

Fantastic experience: Amanda was/is the best Realtor you can find. She’s straightforward, approachable, smart, and fought tirelessly throughout my home buying journey from search to closing.
