Peninsula Property Management

Fantastic experience: ****** We recently did an interior commercial renovation and interior painting for one client that Peninsula manages. They referred us once again. Thanks!!! ;) An investor that we deal with on a regular basis mentioned peninsula properly management, and they said that they managed a few properties in the past. They go highly recommended, and I thought that I would leave a review where credit is due . If there is anyway, we could ever help, do not hesitate to contact us. Brevard Painting & Home Renovations

Negative experience: The only reason I gave 1 star is because you need to leave at least 1 star in order to write a review. Worst property management company ever. They take your security deposit and the. Will not return it when you move out. They do not notify you within 30 Days if leaving the property of their intent to keep the security deposit. They tell you that you cannot get the security deposit back until all tenants leave the property even though the lease says otherwise. I paid for my portion of the security deposit and Vanna, the leasing agent is outright REFUSING to | give me back the security deposit I paid. This is theft. DO NOT LEASE ANYTHING FROM PENINSULA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN MELBOURNE.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time listing a rental property with a management company (self-managed in the past). I was impressed with Veronica from the get-go; her responsiveness and service was excellent, and her willingness to provide guidance and feedback as I navigated this process for the first time was incredibly helpful. I am fully confident in Veronica's ability to manage and maintain the property in excellent condition. If you are looking for a Property Manager, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Vanna took great care of us (the tenants) while looking after the owner's precious property. I'm an owner of rental properties, so I understand that is is an incredibly challenging job, property management, and it is critical for both the tenants and owners to have a principled manager. Thank you, Vanna!

Negative experience: Worst property management company in brevard County and they try Lying to the owners of these properties what's really going on with tenants when you try contacting the office the front receptionist is rude and property Manger v is just as rude and a Liar as well they try covering up the TRUTH with lies ! Would never recommend Don't waste your money renting a property or having this company Manger your property! Go Else where

During this time, Peninsula Properties have been extremely responsive and professional when service was required. My wife and I also firmly believe that a good tenant-owner/manager relationship helps in maintaining higher property values as the rented home is more likely to be kept in good shape.
