It all started January 2020, when we were all facing the beginning of a pandemic and my wife and I decided it was time to make the move and return to Beachside Melbourne. We decided to rent first and scout out local properties once we were settled in Florida. We met Cassandra kind of by accident but I am super grateful that we did. He attention to detail, follow up, professionalism and overall friendly demeanor was absolutely refreshing. As luck would have it the real estate market caught fire and we were forced to move on a purchase a little sooner as inventory started to dwindle beachside. Cassandra was amazing and as soon as we made the decision to rent she made that easy with no expectation of a sale, at least not right away. That did not matter as Cassandra kept regular tabs on how we were and without rushing our timeline. It turned out that it was us that actually accelerated it. People get confused about realtors being in sales when at least based upon our experience with Cassandra, she was genuinely interested in assisting us as we searched for our home. If you are purchasing or renting property in Brevard absolutely call Cassandra and no one else. You will be glad you did. I know we are!!

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to getting me the home of my dreams. You never gave up on trying to get me my home even when the first bank we went though i did not get approved after months of tying. Peter NEVER GAVE UP! He set up with another bank that got me approved in a matter of a couple weeks. Peter is honest, loyal, and hardworking. I knew nothing at all about the home buying process, and Peter helped me throughout the whole process. When I met Peter the very first day I felt so comfortable working with him.
