Fantastic experience: I would like to tell you a story of how I first met Andy. I had attempted to sell my home back in 2016, with no success ---didn't even have one potential buyer come to look at the house. I chose to remove the house from the market at that time and shortly after pulling it off the market I received a phone call from Andy asking if I might still be interested in selling. At the time, I wasn't really interested in selling anymore. However, Andy was such a nice person and so helpful to me at the time, answering some questions that I had, so we agreed that he could continue to call me on a regular basis, in case I changed my mind and did want to sell the house. When I decided to sell Andy was the first person I thought of, and of course I reached out to him. He and Allison and the rest of his team were so helpful to us throughout the entire process. They answered every question. They made sure the house was photographed beautifully so the listing looked great. They did not stop until every potential buyer that wanted to see the house had that opportunity. It took them about 3 months, but they sold the house. Even after the process of selling the house, they have still been wonderful, answering any questions we had and assisting us with anything we needed. Fantastic experience: I’ve known Andy for almost a year. He started contacting me late in 2021 after noticing I did not succeed in selling my condo in Cocoa Beach in 2018. After that bad experience I was not really ready to try selling it again, but Andy was very relentless and persistent which finally resulted in my giving it another chance especially after interest rates started rose to 5.8%.
