Negative experience: Had been trying to rent a property on Zillow, and was dealing with quite possibly the worst listing agent, real estate agent whatever you want to call her. Jodie Bizzaro is unprofessional, rude, and downright bizarre (no pun intended) in the way she conducts business. Didn’t answer phone calls, “forgot” to reply on text message, and acted like a 12 year old selling test answers in school. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Andy and his team did a great job of helping us sell a property at a time when the Florida market and the economy have been having a negative impact. I have been dealing with some serious health issues which made it difficult to give my full attention to the process. I would like to review, the man, Andy Waterman his generosity and the charter of who HE is. It is a talented real-estate agent in the Brevard County area in beyond. He has sold tens of thousands of homes to locals and new residents for almost 30 YEARS! He heart is beyond measure. He has helped me with my small business in SO many ways, I will just name a few. He has been my personal commercial real-estate agent for the past EIGHT years. Day or night Andy answers all of my questions about real-estate and is genuinely concerned about my needs for my business. He has donated thousands of dollars to my volleyball club, in fact has given so much to us that he is now a life-time sponsor. He has supplied my girls with 20+ beach volleyballs so they can continue to grow and learn new areas of the sport. He maintains the beach courts, PERSONALLY. He quite literally is out there during the summer raking the courts so it can be the best for the local beach volleyball athletes. Not only is he a man of God but he treats everyone that he comes across with love and respect. I have never met anyone in Brevard County that has done more for his community, than Andy Waterman. Negative experience: Pretty subpar service. They weren't very knowledgeable about any homes they showed. They were late to most appointments. I knew more about the properties than they did. They all look like they had more work done than the homes they were trying to sell. Matt is their worst employee, not even close. There are far better Real Estate companies in the area. Take your business elsewhere.

When the buyer's home inspection asked for a few repairs, the Waterman team handled getting the contractors lined up. When we thought all was lost b/c of the misdirection of the lender we were working with, our agent David Asmere and Mr. Waterman himself stepped in to save the day. They put us in touch with a lender (Kelli Beckel) they reccomend and all changed within 24Hrs. Mr Waterman and David negotiated an extension with the sellers and Kelli Beckel from Prime Lending did in under "FOUR HOURS" what our prvious lender could not accomplish in over 60 DAYS. God Bless you all for taking control over the situation and saving the purchase of our Forever Home. These simple words can never describe our appreciation enouph, and I promise you this will Never be forgotten.

Fantastic experience: Shirley Weems is an amazing realtor! I invest in properties across the country and deal with realtors, brokers, etc daily. Shirley Weems is always the easiest to contact, the most informative, and the most accurate when it comes to predicting dates, closing, etc. She also always helps me find the best deals and really knows her market. We have closed over five properties all at amazing prices. As for one of the negative reviews, investors should understand the basics of real estate contracts. It sounds like his own agent, who is the person supposed to protect him, is the on who let him down. And what kind of "professional" investor doesn't have a lawyer review his contracts and then complains about the contract?!? It's not the listing agents fault that you didn't read your contract, you didn't have a lawyer help you, and that your representing agent didn't protect you.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM Shirley Weems of Waterman Real Estate. I would highly recommend not to do business with this firm. I have had recent Dealings with Shirley buying a property which she was the listing agent. I found her to be a $$$ commission hungry agent $$$ that only cares about her own pocket. We got burned!! Shirley's contracts are binding and favors herself. Once you signed her contract you are bound and gagged. If you find yourself needing to deal with her (buying or selling) have an attorney read the contract before signing anything. I am a real Estate investor and management company who has bought and sold many properties commercial and residential over the past 15 years. I never had a complaint about any real estate agent or company I did business with. Shirley completely took advantage of us due to a closing being rescheduled by the bank, they're waiting on an inspection report. She kept our 20K escrow money so we can't back out of the property and is charging us $200 per day until we close. Sounds impossible or like Extortion but evidently that is what her contract states and she is holding us to her blackmailing business practices. Our agent was not aware of or has ever seen anyone use this type of business practice until now. Our agent and the bank are stunned and and embarrassed this happened. Until we close we are paying her $200 per day and she is not willing to negotiate. She is a unethical monster, stay away.

Negative experience: I feel I was just recently robbed from this company me and my wife wanted to rent a house that they have listed the MLS listing stated that is a $50 application fee per person but when she handed in all the paperwork they said that the application fee was $65 per person making it a total of $130 she was also told not to worry about it because the approval was up to the homeowner so if he didn't pick us then we would received our $130 back which was a complete lie because supposedly we were not approved because of minor misdemeanors from years ago and because my wife's credit score wasn't over 630 but mine was and we were never told that. $130 to run a credit check on two people that's insane I will definitely be going to the Better Business Bureau about this place
