Negative experience: This review is about Maria Estrada MolinaWe put down a deposit of $3,100 towards purchasing this house. Our loan was not approved and the loan officer said our money was supposed to be returned. The owner and listing agent refused to return our deposit even after the loan officer and broker informed them that they have no grounds to keep our money. They tried to offer us half so the deposit back which we refused because we are entitled get all of our deposit returned. No we have to go court to get our money back. He aware of giving the owner any of your money, you will not get it back!

Negative experience: I saw this lady on TT just now verbally attacking a CHILD!

Negative experience: To allow the agent to remove the property from the MLS we had to make dozens of calls to Juan Compas Absolutely not serious

Negative experience: Agent name: Abdul Dasti (listing agent) We agreed on the asking price for the property and the closing process was going on. The inspection, appraisal, title search and the financing was all done. And 5 days before Closing the title company found out that there was a Front foot benefit fee of $550 per year for 17 years left on the property! Thats $9350 from my pocket. And when contacted, this guy was like “ya I forgot to disclose that and you can back out of the contract if you want”. I had already given notice to my apartment, packed my stuff, got my loan processing done and my move fully planned and now he just wont even give a $1000 credit towards this and is asking me to walk away if I want. He knows I cant back away at this point and is just using that fact. Worst realtor experience ever.

Negative experience: EBENEZER EKUBAN (BEN) basically took money from me, Said I was approved for a rental then comes back and tries to charge me double for a security deposit, once I foolishly agree to another payment option he states he hasn't even talked to the property owner, then days later says the property is no longer available to rent to anyone, yet the property is still showing for rent on multiple sites (Zillow, MLS, etc)  Beware, now I'm out money and wasted a week I could have moved somewhere else. I think it's discriminatory. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Working with Nicole Peters was a great experience. I was referred from a friend and while my husband and I didn't end up finding the place we wanted to lease, we know we'll turn to Nicole again in the future. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Sorry to hurt the name of the whole office but Yury Garamyan really ruined my whole experience in real estate. His blatant disrespect and ignorance really was rehensible.
