Fantastic experience: The DMV market is a really tough one for buyers 'cause you competing against a lot cash buyers/investors. As a really strong buyer who originally thought the process was gonna be short and sweet, I was a bit humbled at the end. That's why one needs an agent that's as knowledgeable of the market, as caring about you as a client, and as responsive as possible. You learn more along the way, and have a much better chance of getting a property you like under your budget. I was looking in all the dmv area, in any great location near a metro station. It was extremely convenient that Kadjolo was licenced in all 3, and I didn't have to work with any other agents. For the reasons above, I'm highly recommending Kadjolo to anyone who's looking for a property in the DMV area.
