Fantastic experience: We were away on vacation and out of the country, and Joe managed to list the house, show the house, be present for the fire inspection, be present for the CO inspection, work with us on a negotiation, and get a contract, all while we were 8,000 miles away! Fantastic experience: Buying a home in this crazy low inventory/sellers market, was a little challenging with multiple offer scenarios but Joe kept me focused and I couldn’t be happier with my house purchase. Being a single mom and coming back from out of state, I looked to Joe to keep me level-headed to make sure I wasn’t overpaying for a house. I also liked that he wasn’t bound to certain areas as I had to expand my search a bit due to the lack of inventory.
