Negative experience: I am looking for a home in Willingboro NJ. But I see the homes are all going for $450k and up. I’m just here watching trulia. Waiting for the 4 bedrooms to drop.
Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would! They are very unprofessional. Spoke with Shnia who was supposed to book an appointment, turns out the appointment was never scheduled we wasted time coming all the way here just to be called and told to leave by Luis Ortiz. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional. We waited an hour for Shnia and she never showed up. Luis told us to get out the house even though the current owner said we could wait inside. They violated countless HIPAA laws by discussing my business with other people who were viewing the house as well. I will not be going through KW Moorestown Realty for anything ever again. I cannot believe what just happened.
Fantastic experience: We recently closed on our first house and we leaned heavily on Shawntavia and the Amber Cruse Realty team’s expertise since all other parties involved let us down. Tay did not disappoint and ensured we were well taken care of throughout, what turned out to be, a stressful time.
Negative experience: One of their realtors, made an appointment to view my home and was declined due to the fact that my daughter was working at home. He never checked his messages to see that it was declined and came to the property with his client banging on my door on my ring door camera my daughter, let him in not knowing innocently, and I am furious. This is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. I feel extremely invaded and you shouldn’t be showing houses this way.
Fantastic experience: KW Moorestown has an incredible team of knowledgeable, supportive, and down to earth agents. The culture here is focused on collaboration, growth, and client success. Easily the best real estate office in South Jersey!
Fantastic experience: I've been in the office for the last 4 years. This is now my Real Estate home. It's the culture, not just from the management and staff, but all of the amazing agents that I deal with on a day to day. Always friendly, always supportive. Top to bottom.
Negative experience: A FUN READ: I don’t recommend. I’ll save the realtors names. Despite their claims of being "people persons," their only solution was for me to extend my contract when I sensed that necessary repairs had not been completed prior to our final walk-through and/or close. After being ignored for 48 hours leading up my scheduled closing date, I took the initiative to send an email at 11:59 PM to all Keller Williams Real Estate Moorestown, NJ personnel representing me as well as the sellers representatives, stating that I would not agree to an extension without documented proof of repairs, as per our contract. Unfortunately for my wallet, I had to seek legal advice due to their lack of responsiveness which prompted that email. Next morning from that email.. the day of our still scheduled close.. one agent (the main agent who this review is for) scheduled a “last-minute”closing with another client on the same day .. gracefully posting it on her instagram while synonymously her partner criticized my email as “inappropriate” and suggested I seek legal advice. (Again, I had already received legal advice prior since I believed they were working with the seller’s agent to keep the contract). Ultimately, my email helped me exit the contract, as the seller admitted that 70% of the requested repairs had neither been started nor completed. This did NOT need to be proven just by intuition; however, my agents stated they were busy dealing with other clients so we couldn’t go see the house in person to prove prior to our still scheduled close. Regardless, I was 100% right and able to get out the contact. The morning after the contract naturally expired, my agent insensitively called to encourage me on continuing my search because this is just a small bump in the road which tbh showed a complete disregard for the entire situation. He also asked, why I unsubscribe from their automatic 7am MLS home search alerts. I answered honestly: it was the first thing I encountered each day while awaiting an update on the contact, and now it will be the initial thing I wake up to as we await confirmation that seller agreed to return my escrow deposit -- so yeah. I also reminded them my fiancé was still subscribed. Annoyingly, I ask them to have compassion and at least let me get my money back from the seller before moving forward AND GUESS WHAT … THEY NEVER REACHED BACK OUT LMAO. It’s been a month since I told them my escrow was returned. Their focus on commissions and social media presence, coupled with a lack of empathy, was evident throughout this experience. I almost felt bad about when they asked me did I not trust them and I admitted “yes”. Looking back , I’m just proud of myself. Not ONCE did I loose my composure or treated them how I should have. Being a good person will always prevail in the end. Sincerely, Staar Richardson.
Negative experience: No explanation needed!!!!!!!!
Negative experience: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Gretchen Ralston, who was representing a potential buyer for my property in a sale-by-owner transaction. Before any transaction even took place, we request that all agents provide proof of funds or a pre-approval letter before scheduling a showing, which seems like a reasonable request. However, Gretchen Ralston was the only one who made an issue out of this, acting rude and dismissive. She even had the nerve to call the house "cheap" and gave me an attitude. When I informed her that she could no longer view the property due to her disrespectful behavior, she told me to "keep it professional" which was ironic, given how unprofessional she had been. I mentioned I would contact her broker, and the response I received from him was just as snarky and disrespectful. He asked, “Would it have been better to say inexpensive?” I replied that the professional thing to do would have been to refrain from making any negative comments at all, especially since they were so quick to bring up "professionalism." I also shared that this was my deceased family’s home that just passed from cancer, and that I didn’t have time for such rudeness. His response was, “Well, she didn’t know that.” Apparently, we’re expected to know the personal circumstances of those we’re dealing with to decide whether we should be kind and respectful. It’s very sad to see that this is the type of mentorship and attitude at Keller Williams. It’s truly unfortunate for Gabrielle, the buyer, who is working with such a tasteless and unprofessional realtor. If this is how Gretchen behaves before even stepping foot in the house, I can’t imagine how she would act during an actual transaction. Based on this experience, I would never consider doing business with anyone from Keller Williams again. It’s a shame to witness such a lack of professionalism in the real estate industry. It’s true that realtors are really the barrier in a successful sale. Gretchen Ralston- remember the name
Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Jaqueline Acevedo when looking for my home. From day 1, Jaqueline was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Jaqueline was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
Negative experience: Not only wouldn’t even work with us when we were selling years ago on % in any capacity when we had literally three transactions going on at once but did not provide any referral fee or even a THANK YOU to a literal 1 million dollar home that closed yesterday from friends of ours. Realtors have become incredibly greedy over the years and just send a business card of their face in the mail these days. So out of touch. Do not use KW of Moorestown. Sam Lepore was our agent. And worked closely with Jeff Quintin of Ocean City, who also left us in an incredibly terrible position to this day and told lies the entire time. Dave Ramsey endorses agents now and tries to help people find those who aren’t about the bottom line. I highly recommend going that route or for sale by owner in this crazy world.
Negative experience: Agent Varinder Bal
Positive experience: Recently my mom bought her forever home. Mom had quite a few non negotiables, so it was amazing to be paired up with the most knowledgeable, considerate and patient realtor, Miss Keyana West. We went thru several bidding wars, home inspections and overall searches and a few disappointments. Amazing to cross the finish line with her guidance and care thru out the process. She was respected by the sellers agent and the mortgage companies we used. Please reach out to her with your needs you won't be disappointed.
Negative experience: Not good for newer agents, doesn't allow you to shadow agents and will send you to a video anytime you ask a question.
Fantastic experience: Patricia Shaw has been AWESOME! She has went over and beyond assisting my friend and his family on a number of properties they've purchased with her. She was extremely helpful and timely when addressing concerns. Let's not talk about the long hours she's spent showing them homes they were interested in or the countless hours she spent researching different properties. I am looking forward to purchasing another property with her in the near future.
Negative experience: After an encounter with John Connor yesterday, it seems he is a Bully!!!! I am a tenant in a home he has listed(he called me a squatter). As I was speaking about the inconvenience, he told me to shut up or he would call the sheriff and have me taken out of the home. He must be familiar with tenants rights and if he comes here again he may be the one removed by the sheriff. I understand now why law enforcement was his first career. A BULLY!!!!!
Negative experience: Do not ever use this real estate office. Their realtor Patricia Shaw showed my home last week. They decided to put the stopper in the sink and let the water run. Problem is they left and forgot. We were down the shore for a couple days and no one knew it was running for 18 hours until the next showing. You can imagine the damage. You would think that would be the major problem. But it’s not I am more upset at the reaction of the office. The realtor tried to deny it even though she was the last person in the house. Joe Ryan the manager was extremely rude. His answer was I suggest you call your insurance company. And the broker of records didn’t even have the decency to call me. I guess that’s why they have a 3.9 rating. I filed complaints with the real estate commission and had to hire an attorney.
Fantastic experience: We engaged the services of Amy Ryan and boy did we get lucky. She was super responsive any time we called, emailed or texted her. She had a great team supporting her especially Kevin. We thought we had an idea of what to ask for our house and then she showed us about the market and the consequences of high and low pricing and how to interpret the market and comps. She priced the house just right and all it took was one Open House to get six offers and exactly what we expected of the sale. The process of the documentation and dealing with both title companies and the town inspections needed was flawless. We can 100% recommend Amy Ryan for any real estate needs you might have. Thank you Amy Ryan.
Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Rachel Pinho, she was amazing to work with. My house sold in just a couple of weeks. She made feel like I was top priority from the beginning to the end. She was top of everything and was very knowledgeable about today's market. I completely trusted her with the process and that's rare to find nowadays. Do yourself a favor, call Rachel the really is the best!!!
Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Keller Williams, more specifically with Louis Anderson. The house had an offer less than 24 hours after being listed, which I believe had much to do with how it was presented. Louis always answered my calls, my texts, addressed all my anxieties and he was always ready with a calming word, a world of knowledge and a open smile. Thank you Louis...and thank you Kelller Williams! I have already recommended you a dozen times!
Fantastic experience: My agent was Lauren Quinn, she was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting in my relocation from Charlotte NC. Although I did not see the properties in person, she was very helpful in me viewing them online and informing me of the conditions of the properties. I would highly recommend using her for your agent.
Fantastic experience: The best!
Fantastic experience: Didn't get a chance to go inside, but first time at a realty where the parking lot was pretty big and the whole place looked professional
Negative experience: Staff was rude whenever I called. Didn't seem like they cared. Never got back with me to let me know the house was not available anymore. TERRIBLE experience.
Negative experience: Stay away!
Negative experience: I applied to rent a condo managed by Varinder Bal he was helpful in the process urging me to apply soon as I applied he stopped responded to me they used some tenant score system. He had his secretary tell me the range of scores & it was up to the landlord then they never gave me a decision formally. I called everyday he ignored me then his secretary asked me if I even had the money to move then they never responded. They just want as many people to apply for the a place as possible with no intentions of renting to you.
Fantastic experience: We were looking for a realtor that was an investor to help us make a wise decision. Varinder Bal got our condo sold at 1016 Garnet Dr Burlington,NJ. Varinder has a wealth of knowledge for all types of investors. Definitely we highly recommend him to fairly negotiate with both parties & close quickly!
Fantastic experience: It has been one year since closing on my townhouse in Delanco, NJ, and I have no regrets. I've delayed taking time out to thank the realtor who helped me make this purchase possible, Marvin Resnick. Hopefully, my delay does not diminish the gratitude and respect for his efforts and patience he afforded me during and after my purchase. We worked a mere three months to find the place, my wife and I could call home for the next few years. He made the purchase stress free. I feel as if he did not direct me into a specific area or a place to which I did not have an attachment. His analogy, "I'm like an umpire in a baseball game." He knows the rules of the game, but I (me the buyer) decide to swing or not. Purchasing a home is an expensive and risky investment. I'm more confident in my ability if this opportunity should happen again, because of Marvin's professionalism and respect he has for his client's needs and wants. Thank you, Marvin, for this positive experience. P. Eric Moss
Fantastic experience: Worked with Shawntavia Stewart. She is amazing realtor who really cares about her clients. If you want the best she is it.
Negative experience: Marian Mourey is unintelligent and not a credible agent. Her focus was on getting the top dollar for her commission check and not my needs as a client.
Fantastic experience: Working with Sara to purchase our first home was nothing short of pleasant and great! We are a military couple and was in the middle of a move from SC to NJ and she made it very manageable and easy for us. She was always available to answer any questions, day and night. She was also so willing to take us on showings whenever it worked best for us. So happy we got to work with her on the purchase of our first home!
Fantastic experience: Infinity out of five stars! Louis Sassano helped me seal the deal on my very first apartment on my own. Kind, dependable, quick service no matter what silly questions I asked. I'll definitely be back to him when I'm ready for a house, and I'll gladly sing his praises to anyone I know!
Negative experience: There should be a NO STAR option! Do not deal with Marvin Resnick at KW Moorestown. He owns a house flipping company and he is a scammer. He harassed me for a year to buy my house at a lowball price. He invaded my privacy and threatened me. KW lets him do this. Taking legal action and a formal complaint was filed with the NJ Real Estate Commission.
Negative experience: Breach of Contract I submitted an offer for a townhouse in July 2019, the seller accepted my offer and Joshua Andruzzi (agent) put the townhome under contract for me. In the contract, there was an error in the contract with the incorrect closing price. I requested to get the contract fixed but he continue to accept other offers and disregard my offer/contract with the buyer. I never received a cancel contract notice. He breached the contract and acted like my contract with the buyer didn’t Exist! I have all the evidence to support this review and my lawyer will be taking legal action against the buyer and KW. I tried to file a formal complaint with the broker and my request was completely disregard! Unprofessional and unethical
Negative experience: Do not ever purchase house (or car for that matter) from Dean Gravinese; deceptive, unprofessional & dishonest salesman from Keller Williams.
Fantastic experience: Really like Joe. Seems like a good guy.
Fantastic experience: Lori McHenry sold us our first home! She was truly amazing and was always there when we needed her! Hats off to this real estate agency! They continue to show thanks to their customers through the year. Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed!
Fantastic experience: Make sure you ask for Denise Petti. She's the best. She's honest and dependable.
Fantastic experience: Awesome realty company. Suzanne Bianco was the best realtor ever! Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Got my first home with them with Amber Cruze and she made my experience great. Love being a homeowner
