Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience with Holden Greenblatt, Cynthia Beechler, and Weichert Realtors – Moorestown. I want to be very blunt about my experience because buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make. I found my own home. I was the one searching, identifying properties, and ultimately finding the house my wife and I purchased. Throughout the process, I repeatedly felt like I was doing the work that I expected my realtor to be doing. I was a first-time homebuyer using a VA loan, and I clearly explained what we were looking for. Despite that, I was shown properties that didn’t fit our needs, including properties that were in poor condition and weren’t practical for our situation. I also felt there was a lack of urgency and proactive communication when we were under significant time constraints. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the home we actually purchased was one that I found myself. After doing so much of the searching and legwork, I had a hard time understanding what value I was receiving for the commission. Quite honestly, I do not feel the level of service I received justified the commission paid. When the client is finding the property, doing much of the research, and constantly having to push for communication and answers, it is incredibly frustrating to watch a substantial commission get paid at the end of the transaction. There were also interactions that I found extremely inappropriate and frustrating, including the comment that my wife could install insulation/deal with fiberglass herself. I found that completely insensitive. I was also frustrated that Holden contacted my loan officer when I was already communicating with my loan officer practically every day. I did not need unnecessary communication complicating a process I was already actively managing. When I attempted to escalate my concerns, I was equally disappointed. I had difficulty getting Cynthia Beechler’s contact information from the office, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled in the way I expected from management. To be completely clear: I am not claiming that nobody should ever use these agents. I’m describing my experience. And based on my experience, I would not use Holden Greenblatt, Cynthia Beechler, or this Weichert office again. The biggest takeaway for me is simple: I found my own house, did a significant amount of the work myself, and still ended up paying a substantial commission. I personally do not believe the service I received justified that commission. For a first-time homebuyer, I expected guidance, advocacy, urgency, and proactive communication. Instead, I left the experience feeling like I had to advocate for myself throughout the entire process. Extremely disappointing experience.
Negative experience: Not Camisha Brown Again . As first-time home buyers, I expected guidance, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, My experience with Camisha Brown was disappointing. When I expressed legitimate concerns about a property being a condo rather than a house (misguidance) my concerns were met with sarcasm and dismissive remarks rather than constructive advice. Additionally, while I was with her on the phone and said would call me back. , the phone was inadvertently left connected, and I overheard sarcastic comments that appeared to mock my concerns and my person. This behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.I did tell her about overhearing the conversation , she did not deny it, well it was obvious she was badmouthing me, and tried to smooth it put. I ended up buying the condo I never liked and I ultimately regretted.
Negative experience: Be very careful who you trust with selling your home. My experience with this brokerage became an absolute nightmare the moment I requested a mutual release from my listing agreement. I was ignored for over 50 days before I finally had to retain an attorney to reach out on my behalf. Even after my attorney became involved, communication was still delayed or ignored. At this point, there are only about 38 days left on the listing agreement, the property has already been off the MLS for approximately 67 days, and they still refuse to meaningfully communicate regarding the situation. What makes this worse is that multiple people in management were aware of the issue, including my agent Jacki Smoyer, Joseph McDonald (President Residential Sales & Real Estate Services), Victoria Rivadeneira (Regional President), and Aileen M. Konzelmann (Branch Vice President). Despite all of them being aware of my concerns, nobody stepped in to properly address or resolve the matter professionally. The response was essentially “no,” followed by silence. Meanwhile, the brokerage continued dragging things out instead of communicating with their client, who they owe fiduciary duties to. From my perspective, once a commission became uncertain, communication and concern for the client disappeared. After this experience, I began reading multiple reviews from other people claiming they were also ignored after raising concerns or discussing contract releases. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone before signing a listing agreement with this brokerage.
Negative experience: Unprofessional and rude!
Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that, Frank C was amazing to me and my family. He always makes us feel like we're his only clients and its genuine. He knows his profession and during those times of frustration, he kept us encouraged. Thank you, Frank for all that you do for your clients!
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lynn Rossi. She guided us to finding our home. She gave us tips on what to look for in a house (good and bad). There was no pressure and she always listened to our wants and needs. She's always responsive, professional and friendly.
Negative experience: Their agents are apparently desperate enough for work to market door-to-door and leave litter throughout the neighborhood. Definitely would not recommend this office.
Fantastic experience: Weichert was the listing company for the home that I purchased in Burlington County in 2025. The listing real estate agent, Donna G., is amazing. She has helped me tremendously through the buying process and even after that point. She, to me, is the quintessential realtor. 5 Stars is NOT enough for how awesome Donna G. is!!
Fantastic experience: I recommend Susan Nece from Weichert Moorestown. Sue is professional and so easy to work with. She has sold two of our houses and found us our new home in Medford. We are so fortunate to have a realtor with as much experience as Sue has. She is the absolute best!! I highly recommend Sue for anyone looking to buy in Medford or the surrounding areas.
Negative experience: Reached out regarding some assistance to look for a rental property for myself and my mother. One agent said she was to busy to assist us and passed us along to another agent. That agent provided listing maybe all of 3 times and when my mom set up a time to go see a property he never showed up. Didnt call to say he was going to be late or not coming at all. I reached out to ask what was up and how things were going and was simply told great and that they would keep sending us listings. That was Sept. 25th, its now Oct. 11th and nothing. I see listing almost everyday and multiple agents handling them and yet no calls no emails no nothing. Its almost like no one wants to help cause we are looking for a rental property.
Fantastic experience: Sue Nece is an excellent realtor. Responsive to needs and very thorough. My family (in laws, son, daughter) and I have worked with Sue to both buy and sell homes and she has always delivered above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about Sue.
Negative experience: If I could give Linda Jones a negative star rating, I would. To put it short: she tried to get us to put my late mother in laws condo for a very low price she allowed people into the condo without our permission There was a huge lack of communication she was more concerned with making sure the buyers got what they wanted She did not negotiate on our behalf She allowed the buyer onto the property without our knowledge and something was damaged that the buyer was an expert in. She did not give us the information of what we needed to bring to closing She was late to the closing She did not give us paperwork we needed to sign, we had to ask if we needed to do anything else, 8pm the night before closing there was paperwork we had to print, sign, and return. I emailed the principal broker with more details and have gotten no response. I've messaged the company themselves and am waiting for any response, but I don't have high hopes.
Negative experience: The most unprofessional location
Negative experience: Unethical agents! Catherine Williams is an agent who will do anything for money. Lie, cheat and lie over and over again. She talks a good game but watch out for her. She doesn’t know what honest means. The broker Eileen is perfectly fine having her unsophisticated and unethical agents. I finally walked away from the sale. As a dual agent she was having my attorney do the legal work for her buyer at my expense not to mention she never disclosed that she was representing the buyer. They are very dishonest. Use this agency at your own peril.
Fantastic experience: LOOKING FOR A GREAT REALTOR? George Snedden is the one ! It was a sincere pleasure working with him. He worked hard on showing me properties in my price range. He is professional, honest, pleasant, and nothing is too much trouble for him. I HIGHLY recommend George, you won’t be disappointed.
Negative experience: BEWARE OF JON ZIPPEL!! If i could give ZERO STARS i would. These people are in it for themselves, and could not care any less about the buyer. 6 days before closing and 4 days PAST the mortgage commitment deadline they decide to let me know that an UNOFFICIAL debt (something equivalent to me cashapping a friend) of mine was a deal breaker. FALSE! and 2 other lenders said my DTI was no big deal! ALSO stated that i should sign a letter STATING A LIE "just to get the house" (MORALLY WRONG) but when asked to look past an UNOFFICIAL DEBT "just to get the house" they could not. THEN when i asked for a denial letter specifically REFERRING TO my unofficial debt, they then HAD OVER 400 DOLLARS OF FALSE DEBT ON THE LETTER TO COVER THEIR OWN you know whats. DO NOT GO TO WEICHERT THEY WILL WAIT UNTIL THE LAST SECOND AND PULL OUT!! I could say more but i wont. STAY AWAY!!!!
Positive experience: My realtor Camisha B. is the best. She busted her hump to get my family and me into a home. She dealt with current and prospective landlords. Taking the pressure off me. She answered calls and text promply. Always easy to talk too. A real people person. When I'm ready to buy, she's the realtor I want. A very dedicated and hard worker.
Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable and Friendly realtors
Fantastic experience: My realtor did a great job. Thank you Vicki
Fantastic experience: Ok
Fantastic experience: that he made sure you understood all the papers well and put us someone who spoke Spanish and always had patience and followed us with great respect and very professional
Fantastic experience: With Weichert Realtors, I felt like I had a team of people by my side at all times. Everyone made themselves available and was quick to respond. They explained how the process worked and what to expect next. They also made me aware of options available to me.
Fantastic experience: Thank you to Jon Zippel and Diane Lebron my dream to own my house becomes a reality.
Negative experience: Two cash deals blown within a month of each other. First the buyer decides the day of settlement he doesn’t want to buy. And no one could get in touch with them for hours. No support from our realtor. The second one we went to the settlement table our realtor was not there and the buyer’s realtor was also from Weichert. The buyer had no funds which was not secured prior to settlement! This was the second settlement date that week! So we wait three days no communication from anyone and guess what? On day three our realtor texts “the funds are nowhere to be found! Another waste of time. Now we have already moved and have rent and a mortgage!!!!! We are so done!!!
Negative experience: I had one transaction with them and they treated unfairly holded my funds for months and still not releasing, the title agents are completely unaware of simple things like property tax. I'm dealing with many title and realties and such amateurs I never came across
Negative experience: Was told I was getting a rate of 3.82 and then I explained I was offered a rate of 3.625 and then all the sudden they can offer the matching rate of 3.625. They thought I was a uninformed consumer and tried to get over on me and the closing costs going with another lender ended up being about 4k less than Weichert. I would shop around and get a better deal. Sharks in the mortgage mortgage game. They will take every chance to get over on you. Shop around and save money!!!
Negative experience: I’m Shaquana Gary Howard, I hate that I had to give them a one star just to post a review. However there was a lot of lack ofcommunication from Joshua Rohan or no communication at all. I’m a Section 8 participant and I feel like I was discriminated again by Patricia Rohan and the landlord of a property I wanted to rent from not knowing how much my portion of the rent will be as well as what Section 8 will pay the landlord. After I explained my income to Joshua Rohan which I have serveral texts from him an I about my income he stated he can work around that, but then I complaint to his business partner Patricia Rohan after calling the office to find out whose their supervisor or boss was which I never got a call back, I did get a call back from rude and unprofessional Patricia Rohan stating I wasn’t income qualify but she’s not knowing her business partner Joshua Rohan has already told me he will work around my income. Patricia was very nasty, disrespectful, she talk to me in ways a person should never talk to someone. They company put me in a jam and took my Section 8 paperwork, Joshua showed me the place and he basically said I had the place and he was telling me and my 3 children the things he was going to have done before we move in, I continue to try to get in touch with Joshua Rohan to inform him my voucher will be running out, is everything ok with the paperwork work? He was not responding or he kept saying he will bring by paperwork work by that never happened. So I reach out to Patricia Rohan who was no help at all and she treated me very wrong. Im putting this out there because it not only stress me out but it put me in a jam to now find another place for me and my children before my Section 8 voucher runs out the end of the month. Just cause I’m on Section 8 I shouldn’t get treated unfairly because of income or because the landlord wants to know how much he would be getting paid before he rents to me, when I spoke to my case worker and she stated they can not know the figures until the landlord signs the paperwork that he wants to rent to me and she goes over it. It’s so much more to tell about her two people the worst experiences I ever had with a company. Section 8 participants should be treated fairly, I will not recommend this company for anyone or these two people they were very unprofessional!
Negative experience: Unresponsive and non communicative. Not detail oriented, did not ask for hardly any information on what i was looking for. No replies.
Fantastic experience: Richard Myers of Weichert Realty in Moorestown, NJ did an great job of not only selling our house but finding us a new home. He answered all our questions and guided us through the entire process in a professional and seamless manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to either sell or buy a home in the South Jersey area.
Fantastic experience: Best agents you can find
Fantastic experience: Suela Nasufi-Fletcher - remember this name because I cannot even begin to recommend her enough! As a first time home buyer, my wife and I had many, many questions, some of which were repetitive. Suela was extremely patient with us and made my wife an I feel comfortable. When I say Suela went above and beyond with helping us find our first house, it doesn't even begin to describe how hard she worked for us. Suela worked day and night with us and she made it a point to respond as soon as she possibly could. Many realtors out there give me the vibe that they just want to sell a house and get their commission. Suela made my wife and I feel that she genuinely wanted to place us into a house that we were going to love and cherish for a very long time. Suela wasn't pushy at all and we greatly appreciated that. Suela is extremely knowledgeable about marketing trends and even specializes in new construction. If you're looking to be pushed into a house, look elsewhere. Suela will do the opposite and make you feel comfortable and will work hard for you.
Positive experience: Highly professional group.
Negative experience: Some of the realtors here are completely inexperienced, 2 of them have blown seperate deals for me. Do not use.
Fantastic experience: Nice place. I have been associated with them since 2014, they really help you to take care of your exact need. The agents were very friendly and make sure that they show as many properties you like till you are satisfied
Negative experience: Diana Dimasi of Moorestown ,NJ The move-out date was the 10th and we were RUSHED out of the house by the 9th, even though that was NOT what we agreed on originally. We did everything to please the property manager Diana Dimasi and the landlord to not cause any problem. We cleaned the house top to bottom, cleaned the garage and cut the grass, and we still got charged for the 10th. My landlord was informed before my move out that my garage door did not open properly (not the first time I mentioned this) but only pushed the problem over to the right until the house sold on the market. Now that the house sold the fees for repair came from my security deposit and she claims to not know about it. Clearly weichert cares less about helping military personnel and this entire debacle reflects POORLY on their company.
Fantastic experience: Lorraine Denning went way above and beyond the normal, driving us all over the place to find our "Dream House." She spent so much time helping us research the listing for just the right property. Very patient with us, very helpful- we're starting to get a bit older now and take longer to make decisions comfortably, but Lorraine hung in there. Thanks Lorraine. Now that we have our place on the lake we expect you to come visit.
