Positive experience: Where do I begin. From the moment I met Gary I knew that he would be the right person to help me. He stuck with me through a long process of preparation. He always had a solution to the problem and he kept me positive. I would say I had a great experience. My one piece of feedback is communication. At times it was difficult to communicate and I felt like I was not aware of certain things I had to do. With that said I got through it.

Negative experience: I have bad experience with Chris to sell my house very bad communication we call him. He never pick up the phone and then two hours after he called he have attitude he make me lose $20,000 on my house sell because the bad communication when I need advice from him, he never been there. I never recommend him to anybody for buying or sell house even the day before closing. I call his phone somebody else he pick up the phone. I ask for Chris explain Chris. He went on vacation two days ago and then I want the closing from my house sell by myself. He didn’t tell me he going on vacation when this the buyer of my house he knows when on vacation he take advantage so I have to lose $20,000 on my house sale because Chris very bad experience with him. I never deal with him again, and I never recommend him to anybody when people sell the house need to make money not to lose money. That’s what Chris did to me. He make me lose money on my house cell because his bad communication and his attitude, we are asking for advice he’s never been there for you

Negative experience: As an investor he is very unprofessional and not respectful. So much so that I didn't even close the deal with him there. Had to do it with his colleagues. Looks down upon people if you don't agree with him or understand something. Will never work with him again. Lost my business for sure.
