Fantastic experience: Please read! My wife and I relocated to Colorado from another state and we couldn’t have done it without Lauren. She came highly recommended from friends who have bought /sold with her in the past, and we experienced why that was. Lauren gives a genuine personal touch to the home search experience which is what you want when searching for your forever home. She really took the time to understand our must haves in regards to location, amenities, and finishes. On the tours she pays attention to the important details and knows what to look for (like build quality and structural red flags). Lauren never pressured us to put an offer on a house we didn’t LOVE, she wanted us to find the perfect house no matter how long it took. Her communication is above average—always checking in, especially during the closing process. There’s a lot that goes on during the closing process and Lauren has a detailed approach to ensuring the timelines are met, and that we stayed on track for our closing date. BIG CALLOUT. Lauren knows how to negotiate like a PRO. We got a multifaceted historic deal on our home during busy season and it was solely because we had her as our advocate. Lauren offers her professional opinion when asked, and never forced her own POV during the process. Lauren also knew all of the neighborhoods we were looking at in full detail (basically all of Colorado). If you want a low stress and fun home buying experience, with a realtor who will treat you like family, and bat for you like a lawyer in a courtroom, then reach out to Lauren to be your realtor!

Negative experience: She stopped feigning interest as soon as she heard our budget, excused herself for 'something that came up,' but forgot to leave the call and had us listen to her berrate us to her dogs before feeding them

My five star recommendation from last year won't change a bit this time around - thank you, Lauren! 2023 - We had an excellent experience with Lauren, who was a buyers' broker for us, from when we first began looking through to closing! When we had questions about the process or particular properties, Lauren either had answers immediately or found them right away. Also impressive was her ability to provide us with guidance on issues beyond the basics, like factors that might affect resale down the road, or reasonable negotiation positions beyond just price, and her knowledge of local real estate markets for towns where we were looking. And and top of it, Lauren was just a fun and positive person to work with! Five stars, without question!

Fantastic experience: 2024, October update: Nothing shows respect and trust more than repeat customers! After too short a time in the area, we needed to move again and with a short time frame that meant we would be absent while our condo was listed. Lauren helped us decide the best approach and we ended up listing for sale with her. She was again so knowledgeable and professional, we were able to rely on her advice to maximize our results. We had a full-price offer the first weekend it was listed and closed within a month! I never worried about details of the transaction as Lauren was on top of tracking and reminders. Fantastic experience: 2024 Update: After three years in my perfect little house, Lauren helped me sell! We listed in June 2024 and we received an offer, above asking price, within 12 hours? Less? Unfortunately, the buyer's financing fell through to no fault of his own - banks amirite - and Lauren got us back up hours later. Again, it took less than 24 hours to receive an offer - this time for full asking price and it was CASH! We closed on time and everything went super smoothly. Lauren is great to work with - she listens, she genuinely cares, and she knows the market. Her knowledge of the market got us listed at the right price to sell quickly. I've seen so many listings up for weeks with price reductions and I didn't want to be in that boat - she made sure we weren't. So so so grateful to know Lauren. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. 2021: I had the privilege of working with Lauren to find the perfect little house for me and my dog. I thought I wanted to move from Boulder to Denver - Lauren showed me about 30 houses over 3 weeks and none of them were quite right. Then one day, I went to Longmont and thought, "I could live here." I immediately got online and found a house that needed to have offers submitted in the next two days. I reached out in a panic - I'm sure surprising her with my sudden change in direction - but she was ON IT! Lauren scheduled us a showing for the next day - I loved the house - and she submitted our offer that night. She helped guide me through this crazy market and worked with the sellers' agent to better understand what would be appealing to them. And we got the house! Fantastic experience: Lauren was AMAZING to work with! We initially reached out to her to begin our Colorado house hunt as we were working on selling our home in Austin, TX. She was extremely patient with us as we worked to sell our house, and took the time to explain every step of the process and make sure we had our expectations for the Boulder-area housing market. As soon as we were in town, our Austin house closed, and we started going to showings that weekend. We actually got our first offer on a home accepted! My husband and I ended up backing out due to some restrictions on the title, but Lauren assured us we had to go with our gut, and that it would all work out. She was right - within 2 months we closed on our DREAM home! If you don't read any further in this review, you should know that Lauren is kind, thoughtful and extremely skillful and we would not have landed our home in the competitive Golden, CO market without her! She is the kind of person that you look forward to hearing from and her frequent, professional and comprehensive communications made the home buying process honestly feel pretty easy even though we were first time home buyers. She kept abreast of all the upcoming deadlines during closing and handled a ton of logistics on our behalf. When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Lauren acted quickly and kept us informed of the progress. She helped us create an offer that ended up beating out multiple other offers we were in competition with to seal the deal. We completely trusted Lauren's advice and expertise, and never once felt like we weren't her most important priority (even though I'm sure she was helping many other clients find the home of their dreams too)! During the home buying process Lauren took time to understand the specific desires we had (close proximity to trails because we are trail runners). It was amazing to work with someone who understood and prioritized our needs. If we buy another house in the future I hope we have the privilege of working with Lauren again!
