Fantastic experience: When I sold my home I was living out of state and Kasie could not have made my experience any easier. She was great to work with over the phone and readily available. After contacting Kasie, she saw my home immediately, set up a lock box, staged, took photos, posted and listed the house all while I was out of state. Kasie gave me great recommendations on how to sell my home quickly. Great recommendations on a listing price. She was available with insight and recommendations during closing. I used the word recommendation redundantly because I never felt pressured to do anything that I was uncomfortable with and she made sure I always knew it was my decision to make. Kasie listed my home ~July 7th, 2025 and we closed by October 1st, 2025. In a buyers market, Kasie couldn’t have done a better job.

Fantastic experience: Kasie did an amazing job for us in our recent search to find and buy a home. More importantly, she put up with our pickiness and ultimately year long hunt to find exactly what we were after, at a price that represented actual market value (versus the grossly inflated prices that many sellers are putting on their houses because of ridiculous Zestimates because or “their cousin who used to do real estate told them they could easily get $2M for their house these days”) but I digress. Furthermore, she received my very blunt, and direct approach to offer, sales, and negotiations in stride, and never tried to talk us away from our points or requirements. Ultimately we ended up with a beautiful home, that had everything we wanted and more, for a price that I feel was reasonable and will hold value regardless of general market decline. We highly recommend Kasie, and would absolutely use her again in the future, although the thought of ever having to move again sounds awful.

Fantastic experience: My wife & I were planning a move from Missouri to Oklahoma & our lenders referred us to Kasie Davis. The process started in September of 2022. Not knowing anything about the housing market in Oklahoma Kasie went to work gathering information on the type of house we were looking for. We were able to physically move to Oklahoma to an apartment complex in November. Financially, we could not buy until our house sold, Kasie was still diligent in physically showing us homes in preparation to when we were able to sell our home in Missouri. In January our house sold, in a competitive housing market through the grace of God & Kasie’s “veteran” real estate experience we were able to close on our new home in March. They were telling him he had to quit his job and find another one that will hire him on permanently. Well that sounded ridiculous, but we were disappointed to be denied over and over again.
