Negative experience: I called MPM regarding a tenant living next door and they told me that I needed to contact the non-emergency police for any noise complaints. It’s my understanding that if someone is paying you to manage their properties, following up regarding noise at all hours of the night is one of the requirements of the job. I then left a voicemail to which I received no call back and nothing done about the noise next door. I’m not going to call the non-emergency police at 4 am when MPM could simply follow up with the 6-8 men living in the house next to mine. Useless.

Fantastic experience: I AM a tenant in one of Midtown's Properties, and they have been so kind & gracious to my family And I! They were very innerstanding in regards to me falling behind due to an hardship that my family & I had faced. They gave me the grace I needed to get back on track and for that I truly appreciate them not just as the company I rent from, but as regular human beings who show empathy and compassion outside of it being just a business relationship. They go above and beyond to get things fixed if broken, and if I've ever called with an issue or concern, they've done their due diligence to get back to me in a timely manner! This is what community truly looks like! May God Bless each and every individual apart of their team, that puts in work to make these things possible! They are truly amazing & appreciated!!!!

But unfortunately due to a promotion, I will be traveling more and spending less time here in Harrisburg. Fantastic experience: Midtown Property Management is the single best property management company I've worked with, full stop. I've owned rental properties and been a renter myself in 7 different markets and the level of customer service, responsiveness, and accountability that MPM offers is second to none. I've largely pulled out of real estate investing, with the exception of Harrisburg, and that is only because of how great it is to work with MPM.

Fantastic experience: Hi, Last year the home I had been renting for three years was sold by the owner and my family had a very short time (45 days) to move. We had applied to three property management groups, MPM was one of them. At the time my family size was four adults which included myself, and we were looking for a sizeable 3-bedroom house however, some of the homes MPM had available during this time were smaller. Therefore, we decided to rent from another property management group whose units (unfortunately) are still not up to par. Given our lease was expiring this year with our current landlord, I contacted MPM about a home I saw on their website in the Midtown area, a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I received a response from Elise — A MPM Leasing Agent, and I would have to say she is a sweetheart and joy to work with! I applied to MPM almost a year ago and when I asked if I needed to re-apply, Elise only asked if my information had changed. When I sent her my updated information, she said she would forward my information to the owner. The next thing I know, I received a text on a Sunday saying I was approved!! I was SO thankful that is all I needed to do for the application process which saved us time and application fees! I am excited we are moving soon into our quaint 3- bedroom, 1.5 bath home : )) Since my family size went down from last year, I only needed a 2-bedroom home, so this is perfect! The best part is I am only five minutes or less away from my job, and 10 minutes away from the riverfront. Thank you so much Elise for making this a smooth transition : ) We greatly appreciate it and we look forward to renting from MPM!

Negative experience: The worst property management team I ever dealt with. Everything is AI and they don't even call or notify you when THEY CANCEL ON THERE END TO SEE A PROPERTY! Very unprofessional. Drove an Hour out to see a property and no one was there to show. My Advice do not rent through them. You will just get an automated system when ever you have issues. Wow no wonder I see properties on the listings for months and they can't get no one to rent.

Negative experience: They dont answer the phone nor confirm showings so I wasted an hour of gas for no one to call or show up. Yeah thanks gas is ridiculously expensive these days yall wasted my time and money

Fantastic experience: I've been with MPM for nearly four years, in two different units. I've loved both spaces and have been so pleased with the staff's kindness and responsiveness. They've completed all service requests expertly and have graciously worked with me during a health/financial challenge. My initial apartment search in Harrisburg was unpleasant, with MPM as the only exception, so I highly recommend looking to them if you're moving to or within the area.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic company. MPM manages all facets of the real estate process for my 40+ properties. They provide placement, handle turnovers, tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance, etc. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with and treat everyone with the utmost respect. Since Justin is also a property owner, and not just a manager, he understands the dynamics of owning rental properties and truly cares about preserving your asset.

Negative experience: I’m wondering if this place is sketchy. Everytime I inquire about a property, they say it is leased. They try to give me a different property that is not in an ideal area or an ideal place. When I want to apply for a place it’s always “leased”. If it’s leased, why is it up on websites? I’m always getting text from multiple numbers, I don’t know if anyone should trust this company.

Fantastic experience: Not just rentals, but good realtors. I worked with Shana Woomer recently as she sold one of my investment properties, and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Her insights on pricing and what repairs/upgrades should be made were super helpful. I'd recommend this company, and Shana, without reservation.

Fantastic experience: My family and I cannot say enough good things about Amanda and her professional approach to reality! My son decided to look for homes in this crazy market, his very first home purchase. He met Amanda at an open house, just checking things out, and she was able to find exactly what he was looking for. Yesterday he closed on his dream home! Amanda made everything so easy, she gave him the best advice and made sure the entire process went smoothly. She went above and beyond even after the sale. I highly, highly recommend Amanda for anything you need regarding real estate or property management! She is truly the best!

Fantastic experience: We have worked with Midtown Property Management over the years of owning our home for repair work & have been extremely happy with their quick communication and work! We have recommended them to a few friends who have had similar great experiences. More recently we had an urgent issue that Midtown worked extremely fast to address for us that you would not get from another company. They are personable, and understanding of situations that need more immediate attention. If they are not able to complete the work themselves they recommend you to highly reputable companies to assist. I cannot say enough good things about working with Midtown Property Management.

It was getting to a point where we had better odds hitting the lotto than getting a property. Negative experience: Been paying for my parking spot for almost a year now and I never get to park in the spot I pay for I'm constantly getting damages to my car, in screaming matches at least once a week over people parking in spaces that don't belong to them and there is ZERO enforcement, when I call for a tow to get my spot back they don't show up til HOURS later They once almost towed my own damn car instead of the person I called about They steal your money and are proud to do so! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLUM SCAMMERS

Fantastic experience: Renting from Midtown Property Management was by far one of my best experiences as a tenant. After eight years of renting and dealing with various landlords, MPM stood out for their exceptional service. The entire staff was attentive to any concerns I had, and maintenance was always quick to respond. The maintenance team was not only efficient but also incredibly kind and helpful. I rented one of Justin’s properties, and he consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure a smooth experience. If I had the chance, I would absolutely rent from them again!

Negative experience: Where do I start first off me and my family thought the house we rented from them was gonna be ours for awhile home we was really excited at first but then we found out we had roachs that we didn't bring and it was bad we had them crawling on our beds on our kids and we called Justin he was very rude to my wife then when I spoke to him all he could offer is that would fix the problem I could stay with family till it was done and they would give me rent money back and I thought he said he would like discount the rent until it was Rectified but I was wrong it took almost 2 to 3 months for the roachs to be completely gone we went Thanksgiving and Christmas with them sent pictures and all and we thought everything was good after that maybe for about a good 2 to 3 months later then we have mice problems let's not talk about how they said they was doing winter checks I guess to make sure there property's where up to par for the winter well they came out to us and when we called they almost had a nonchalant attitude about it they sent people out I don't really feel like they knew what they was doing the rodent problem stayed all the way until they told us we had to leave because owners was selling the house told us that we didn't have to pay rent to found a new place then we could talk to them about payment but that was a lie I'm still homeless and thanks to Justin telling other places to leave me alone I still can't found a place and when I tried to reach out to him Justin man to man and tell him what happen he was very rude rushed me off the phone didn't care to listen or understand I would never recommend them to anyone all the care about is the money and if you don't have that it could $300 your getting kicked out leave them alone

Negative experience: First off I'd like to start off by saying that I know that I'm not the best to deal with however , that in no way should discount what I have to say. I have been living at 1317 N. 2nd st. Apt#2 , Harrisburg, PA, for over 2yrs. I chose the apartment. having lived on Allison Hill for 3yrs, I thought that moving into the midtown section of Harrisburg would provide me with a quality place to live. A place free of rodents, and other pests. A place where I wouldn't have to worry about structural issues, and even a place with friendly neighbors would be great. I did obtain a great place location wise, and it has just enough space for all my property. I moved in March 2021, and introduced myself to my neighbors, (who are dog owners). I assumed that with us all being adults, and since they owned dogs it'd be the normal thing to ask for reasonable amounts of noise, at appropriate times. I didn't expect my requests to be disregarded by anyone, In fact, I didn't even expect that the situation would boil over the way it did. There were constant complaints made by me to "property management"concerning the noise,but they failed to rectify anything for over a year! I was threatened by the neighbors boyfriend, woke up @ 2am , 3am and other random times of the night/morning. In fact,...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, NOT PROVIDING QUALITY HOUSING. __ BUT WAIT....THERE'S MORE.........JUSTIN CALLED AND OFFERED ME $100 TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW. THE 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE ARE BOGUS, AND COMPLETELY FAKE

Fantastic experience: We rented from Danielle, with another couple and their daughter, for a weekend trip to Harrisburg for the girls volleyball tournament. The property was beautiful and was just as expected going off the photos on Airbnb. Also, Danielle was super friendly, easy to talk to and very accommodating! When we needed additional towels she brought them right away. And when the girls game on the day of checkout was scheduled to start AFTER checkout, she allowed us to check out a couple hours later with no hassle and no additional charges. I highly recommend renting from her and if ever in the Harrisburg area again, we will be searching her properties for availability before looking elsewhere. Fantastic experience: I just moved into an apartment with them and within a few days, I had a new toilet upon telling them mine wasn't flushing correctly cause it's old design. The maintenance man even took the liberty to fix my lock which wasn't programmed correctly turns out. They're great and have made the move into my first apartment very welcoming and easy
