Just the initial salutary introduction conveyed a sentiment of TRUST that this guy would help make our dream of becoming a homeowner come true. Well, Trent listened to our exact needs & requirements. I can honestly say that thanks to Trent Sneidman and his team it really was a breeze. Trent is extremely knowledgeable about his field. He is a true expert at what he does. Not with Trent he set up showings right away and if he had something booked already he sent someone from his team to show us so we never missed out. Fantastic experience: I had been looking to move from my townhouse for nearly 6 years. I went through meeting a handful of realtors via Zillow, and other outlets. I didn’t connect with any of them until I met Trent. He was transparent, and speedy. He also supported me for 3 ( maybe 4) of the 6 years I looked. I knew i could trust him. He was always available to answer my questions and made looking for a new home much less painful. He provided my family a great customer experience , even after we moved in to our new home. He managed through a lot of last minute issues, and while they weren’t his fault or technically his problem , acted as if they were and took action. He went above and beyond multiple times. For those who are as indecisive as me, he’s also a great therapist.
