Fantastic experience: I’ve been in my apartment for almost two years now, and I absolutely love it! WCI Partners has been great throughout my experience. This is my first apartment, and Lori was amazing in helping me get everything set up and was always very responsive. Rachael has also been beyond amazing! I usually communicate with her through email, and she always responds promptly and is so helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. I also love the app they have for submitting maintenance requests. It makes everything so much easier and convenient. Overall, I’ve had a really great experience living here and would definitely recommend WCI Partners! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Always very responsive to questions/concerns and maintenance requests. Everyone I've ever met with the office has been very nice, but have to give a huge shout out to Rachael who, when the humidity was messing with the fire alarms in my building, rushed down to problem solve in person. When I knew I wanted to move to a new space but didn't want to move at the time of year my lease was up, they worked with me to extend my lease for a timeline that worked for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been with WCI since November 2020, initially at 922 N 3rd and later relocating to another one of their properties on N 2nd St. Any issues or concerns were always addressed promptly, and communication was consistently professional and friendly. On one occasion, while I was away for the day, my air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. Knowing I couldn’t get home in time, Rachael, the property manager, personally checked on my cat to make sure he was okay and stayed until the HVAC company arrived to resolve the issue. WCI has always prioritized my comfort and well-being in my living situation. It was definitely hard to leave after so long, but they made the process easy! I would highly recommend them to anyone searching in the Harrisburg area.

Negative experience: Would NOT recommend. WCI lease transfer guidelines need to be revised in the future specifically regarding security deposits. Tenant that took over my lease refuses to reimburse me my security deposit. WCI should be responsible for reimbursing security deposits not between lease transfer tenants.

Negative experience: Rented for a year, work orders are external and generally you'll have to follow up to get tasks done in a good time frame. Very kind and sociable people, but not a great first renting experience.

Fantastic experience: Great property management company! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Maintenence is always prompt and friendly with service requests. Apartment was in great condition when I moved in! The portal to pay rent and put in requests is easy to use!

Negative experience: For more than a month now, I have been asking Rachel to replace the filter on the fridge and fix the video panel - no action

Fantastic experience: While looking for apartments, my partner and I began to get really frustrated with the competitive market. But when we found WCI, it was almost too good to be true. Beautiful, reasonably priced apartments and the most helpful staff. I believe Rachael took us to a few different units and she was extremely thorough in answering our questions. She helped us find our spot. Now, we’re living comfortably and we couldn’t be more grateful! 10/10, I highly recommend doing business with WCI!

Fantastic experience: I've worked with wci twice now. The first time around they were fine, no issues really needed addressed so I had minimal interaction with them. This second time around though?! Absolutely amazing, Rachael worked hard for my roommate and I to get a place. There were so many things that happened that was out of their control that started to fall apart, however Rachael made it happen. She's an absolute rockstar and if it wasn't for her I don't know where we'd be. I'm sure the rest of the team is just as great if they hired a person like rachael. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: They are by far the best property management company I've ever dealt with. My husband and I relocated to PA due to Covid. Finding an apartment that fit our standards was pretty tuff. Our first apartment experience started out great but quickly declined due to management, shady business practices, awful upkeep of the property, unable to control our own heating and cooling!!! (The property controlled when they turned the air or heat on) What a disaster considering we came from the south and the winters here were brutal for us. When our lease expired we came across WCI and everything has been wonderful. They really upkeep the property, maintenance responds quickly, building is secure, friendly staff, nothing shady about the lease or what's included, seamless process without jumping through a lot of hoops. Overall can't say enough good things.

Negative experience: Beware. This place robs from Tenant's security deposit. They steal your money illegally for light bulbs, fridge filters exchange and all kinds, which is not stated in the contract.
