Fantastic experience: I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about my realtor, Nicolette. Calling her a “realtor” almost doesn’t feel like enough to describe everything she was throughout this entire process. She is kind, thoughtful, intentional, incredibly hardworking, and truly an absolute ROCKSTAR at what she does. From beginning to end, I never once felt like I was just another client or transaction to her. She genuinely cared about me, what I wanted, what I needed, and making sure I felt confident and supported through every decision. What stood out to me most was how intentional she was about EVERYTHING. She paid attention to the little things, anticipated questions and concerns before I even had to ask, communicated constantly, and always made me feel like I had someone firmly in my corner. She was patient when I needed patience, reassuring when things felt stressful, and honest when I needed honest advice. She never pressured me into anything and always made sure I understood my options so I could make the decision that was right for me. Her work ethic is unmatched. She showed up, followed through, advocated for me, handled problems, answered countless questions, and somehow managed to make one of the most stressful life experiences feel manageable. There were so many moments throughout this process where I found myself thinking, “I am SO glad she is my realtor.” But beyond being phenomenal at her job, she is just an incredibly good human being. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and that kind of kindness and dedication cannot be taught. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive, thoughtful, honest, and genuinely invested in YOU, look no further. I would recommend her over and over again without hesitation. She didn’t just help me buy a house she helped me find my home and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. I will forever be grateful that I had her beside me through this chapter. 10/10. Five stars aren’t enough. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Whether buying or selling, you won't find a better agent than Nicolette! Our goal was to sell our home in Hudson and downsize to another. Nicolette advised us on the renovations we needed to do to maximize our selling price and she gave us referrals for all contractors to do the work. It was completed within two weeks and the house sold after an open house the following weekend -- at exactly the price we wanted! During that time, she found us a home in Chagrin Falls that met every one of our goals and negotiated us through a bidding war that we ended up winning! Nicolette again gave us all referrals for contractors to do some renovations we wanted; three weeks later the work was complete and we now have our dream home. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgable, highly efficient, and a delight to work with. You can't go wrong with Nicolette!
