Fantastic experience: I was a first time home buyer and Andy made the entire process very smooth and easy to understand . He is very knowledgeable in what he does. Andy is also extremely responsive , which I appreciated a lot. I attempted to buy a home about 5 years ago with a different company and the pre approval process alone was extremely difficult. I came into this process nervous and not very hopeful, but came out of it a homeowner.

Negative experience: I went to the office at June 24 2025 at around 16:40. Nobody was even there. The door was locked and no car was at the parking lot. I just wanted to tell whoever is the manager. It is not acceptable that nobody is at the office during the business hours. This is extremely bad management. How can you close early and nobody is in charge? You just lock the client outside of the door even they came during business hours?

We were actively reviewing homes and were approved through an alternate lender at the time that we first contacted Howard Hanna Mortgage Services. Not many companies or loan originators will give you the attentive and thorough communication that we received. As we decided on placing an offer on the home we chose, we thought it was important to get a second pre-approval. Keep in mind that this initial request for pre-approval was on a Sunday; where I fully expected to get a voicemail. However, Andy was able to get us pre-approved and we submitted the offer Sunday an got our acceptance from the seller on Monday. Again, Andy was diligent, helpful and above all responsive. I would highly recommend Andy and the Howard Hanna Mortgage Services team.

Negative experience: Overrated Take a step back when the buyer's agent and the seller's agent work for the same company

Negative experience: 0 stars if available. I have never had a more terrible experience. Let's see if the horrific office manager dupoy will reach out to me? I highly doubt it since she would not throughout my transaction. HH is a scam and should be avoided like the plague. How can this company be compliant with the Ohio real estate division due to it having its own in house lender and title company? Can anyone say CONFLICT OF INTEREST! The title company according to RESPA law is a non interested third party. This office and all of the rest is stealing your money and abusing clients. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere or be in the same boat as I am!
