Negative experience: I reached out to LaTonya one of the real estate agents on Facebook and my experience has been horrible. I send messages and hardly no responses. I filled out the rental questionnaire and put my information out there. Update: April 11th, 2025. I get call from LaTonya and her demeanor was hostile because, of the review that I written. She mentioned RJ told her but, she was easing the review I written into the conversation. The communication has not changed. It is every other day and most of the time I am the person that is reaching out. I was interested in a property, and I mentioned that there was no fridge listed. I asked could she see if they would supply a fridge. I didn't hear anything back so I reached out to be told that the property was sold as is. LaTonya offered to help despite the rocky conversation we had on the phone. She asked me to delete my Google review and sent me a contractor sign which I did out of good faith. It has been nothing but, a disappointment. This is clearly not how you do business. I'm done.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, always answered questions and we sold very fast! Please use this company, you won't regret it. Very good experience for us!

Fantastic experience: LaTonya was absolutely the best also loving she went over and beyond to help me I enjoyed her help a lot while looking for a rental , When it’s time for me to buy a home LaTonya your homegirl is who I am going to call , Thanks again LaTonya

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with RJ during my recent home search in Dallas. From the very beginning, RJ was professional, organized, and incredibly helpful. RJ listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and was able to provide me with a tailored list that fit my criteria. He was always quick to respond to my inquiries and was able to schedule viewings at a moment's notice. During the viewing process, RJ was a wealth of knowledge about the local market. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insight that helped me make informed decisions. When it came time to make an offer, RJ worked tirelessly to negotiate the best deal on my behalf. He was always available to provide guidance and support throughout the entire process. I am incredibly grateful to have had RJ and I highly recommend him to anyone in the Dallas area. He is truly a professional and a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: RJ initially received my call late as I am a busy businesses owner in charge of running my crews. Doesn't mean you should call him late but he went above and beyond a few times for us. Picked up the phone. Heard my needs and put me in his system to receive lists right away via email. We initially were thinking of renting, but soon realized that buying was the way to go for the 1/4 acre we were wanting. He graciously did probably over 4 house showings many of which via video because I was in a different state. Through escrow, he was extremely responsive. Very easy to talk to. Good business man. Now we are living in a house that fits our needs perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to give him a call if we decide to get another house in the future. Highly reccomended. Give the Flex Group a shot- you wont regret it.

Fantastic experience: If this man’s home purchasing process is anything like his seamless home selling process we are DEFINITELY coming back to him again. Let me tell y’all about RJ: When I purchased my house I made the mistake of doing so without a realtor so when I decided to sell I knew I wanted to avoid the stress. R J is unlike any realtor I met with prior & ultimately who I chose to sell the home. He was professional, knowledgeable and QUICK to respond to any issues or anxious texts that I sent. He listed my home and we closed in less than a month! I’m so grateful for his help, guidance and transparency through the entire process. If you’re buying or selling, you need someone who knows the market & knows what it takes to get the best value for your money. RJ is it ~ don’t make the mistake of going with larger firms where you’re just another number. He will guide you to price correctly, set up photos of the home, conduct walk throughs from potential buyers and contact the other party for you along with much more I didn’t even have to worry about. Thank you R J, I’m so happy with my home sale experience.

Fantastic experience: RJ is an exceptional realtor. He listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. He is our go to realtor from now on.

Fantastic experience: RJ offers a great service for a great value!

Fantastic experience: This is the best realtor you will EVER find. Top notch / knowledgeable / Knows his market better than anyone else. You can NOT go wrong here!

Fantastic experience: Avery Realty Group can be described in 3 words: Ferocious, Climactic, Reciprocating. Let the steady motion of their hard driving realtors help you get to your ultimate home selling/buying experience. They are better than chocolate.
