Ashley, who works admin was a blessing handling things and getting stuff prepared to go, ensuring I sent all the paperwork even though I had already moved out of state. Rachel got my house sold for full ask in a whopping 8 days! Fantastic experience: I bought a house from Rachel back in 2020 from Hawaii and during one of the Covid peaks. It was beyond stressful doing all the pre closing paperwork from afar, picking what we wanted for our countertops, cabinets, etc. The entire time Rachel was available even with a 6 hour time difference to answer any questions or calm me down from the chaos we went through. Even 4 years later she has always been there with any questions we’ve had to include potentially selling and buying here again. When time comes to sell our first home we will be using her! She was present during every step of our build from the initial approvals with creditors to the final closing day and beyond. We had a call with Rachel explained everything we were looking for in a home including price then scheduled time to fly out and view homes. Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience buying our home with Rachel and her team! We did it while living way up in Washington state. She took the time to send us many detailed videos. She even videoed the drive for us! We was looking for that country feel and we definitely have it! The communication was amazing! We never felt pushed into anything. Fantastic experience: Rachel Peterson did a wonderful job helping us when we PCS’d to Georgia in 2020. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed about our home that was being built at the time in Wilder Pond. and even walked through on a regular basis taking pictures and videos each time to send. Since our move was delayed due too the Armies Covid restrictions. We were unable to be here for any period of time while our home was being built. So it was wonderful to have Rachel. Our house was ready and waiting for us to move in when finally arrived. That’s been 3 years ago now and we still love our house and it’s location. I will always recommend her services to anyone that asks if I know of a good realtor. Rachel is excellent and has also been helpful with many other things since we’ve been here. For example finding a reliable and caring pet sitter for our fur babies. She’s a wealth of knowledge. Additionally she keeps a great social media presence and has many followers. Even with a few hiccups on our end when it looked like we could close early, but our insurance decided to raise prices for different closing dates. They were able to quickly communicate the issue to all parties and return the closing date back to the same day. She also has amazing connections to great home inspectors and more.
