Fantastic experience: Ryan is simply... awesome, start to finish! From getting to know us and what we were looking for, sending us listings that would interest us (and not sending those that he knew would be a "miss"), to getting us in to look around at those homes that peaked our interest, to finally sending us the "winner" while we were at the airport getting ready to fly out of state for a week. Once we had the "winner," Ryan worked with us and the seller to get in and gave us a video tour, write up our offer, then arranged for the home inspector once our offer was accepted. And when it came to the sale of our old house, Ryan was right there helping touch up paint, finding and putting down a carpet remanent on the basement stairs, and installing a couple of electrical covers for us -- all so that we could get it sold. And I have to admit, the photos and drone photos of it, I think, helped to "sell it" to potential buyers. He did such a great job that it only 3 days from listing to accepted offer, and then only 3 weeks and a day until closing! Couldn't ask for a better realtor and will be recommending to all our friends and coworkers!

Fantastic experience: Good afternoon! If you’re reading this review, you’re more than likely considering Ryan Richardson to be your relator. I know that’s what I did when I first got off the phone with him - I immediately went to Google. Let me make this short and sweet - do it. You won’t regret it. If you’re that kind of person who wants to know the why, then buckle up. My husband and I were first time homebuyers searching for our perfect home so we can start a new chapter in our lives. Did I have any idea how to find a relator? Absolutely not. But, I put in a request to see a house I saw and liked. Lo and behold, Ryan called me that same day to talk and was willing to show us the house I thought could be our forever home. Well, gentle reader, that was not our forever home. Far from it. But, Ryan also wanted to take us out for coffee to discuss what we wanted in a home and to walk us through the process. I could see it then how passionate he was about his job. He was open and honest with us not only then, but throughout the entire process of searching for homes. He sent me houses. I sent him houses. My husband made comments about said houses in our group text. If there was a home we wanted to see, he’d try and get us in that day or the next and was always willing to travel and do research for us. Ryan was also very patient with us, me especially. I had tons of “stupid” questions, to which he always responded first with “there are no stupid questions.” As someone who almost shamed by asking certain questions by another relator, it was a breath of fresh air. He was there with us every step of the way, from showings, to home inspections, and to the day we closed on our house. Ryan will continuously go above and beyond for his clients while also making it a fun experience. This is how buying a home should be. Currently, we are waiting for our sellers to vacate the property as we gave them time to do so, but that didn’t stop Ryan from calling us the other day, two weeks after our closing, to ask how we were doing. He told us he was thinking about us and wanted to check in. That meant the world to not only myself, but my husband as well. And that was something he didn’t have to do. Not only did my husband and I find a great relator who we’ll go to again for selling or buying a home, but we also found a friend as well. You won’t ever find a more caring and dedicated relator than Ryan Richardson. I promise.

He is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things to first-time buyers in a really easy to understand way. He would show us any house he wanted, and was always really honest about what he thought about them. He would recommend houses he thought we would like, but wouldn't push them on us at all. He was great at negotiating and communicating with sellers, lenders, inspectors, and anyone else. We basically didn't know anything, and Ryan would step in on our behalf whenever we needed. Anyone looking to buy a home should go through Ryan because he is relentless in his goal of "selling you a house you love, no matter how long or how many showings it takes" - something he told me and my wife many, many times.
