Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience working with Kate!! She was always seemingly available to answer questions. When it came time to put in our first offer on a home we loved, she gave us great advice on how to make our offer more appealing to the sellers (which included information she gathered from the listing agent) and how to compete in a hot spring market. In the end, we purchased the first house we put in an offer on, and we couldn't be more grateful!

Fantastic experience: I never had to worry about a thing having Katie as my agent. She was on top of everything with the building of our house regarding details with broker and builder. No time was ever wasted. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately. If you are looking for an agent who is full time devoted Katie is the one. Unfortunately, a lot of agents do this on the side/part time. Friends I know had used that type of agent and they didn't get the time and attention I did. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Needing to sell our house with such a crazy market, was something I was dreading. Kate was not only able to sell our home incredibly quickly, but she was able to walk us through all our options, and discuss what each offer meant, as she was able to get multiple offers, all over listing price! The listing photos she had done looked amazing, and were done with a professional, not just shot on an iPhone. Negative experience: Kate represented the sellers for a house we were purchasing, she was not quick to communicate, she was deceitful about dates/times, and very difficult to work with. She almost lost the entire deal for her client as we had to send a recision to get a response. While this purchase was my personal home, I do several real estate transactions a year for work and have never dealt with anyone like this. We absolutely love the home we purchased, but I would avoid Kate at all costs!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were planning on renting an apartment in New Haven County for early July. Our lease for our previous apartment was ending that same month. With less than thirty days before our planned move in date, we received a call from our new property manager stating that the apartment would not be ready until September at the earliest.
