I was referred to Anna Buono through my mortgage broker and she was fantastic! Not only were we looking to make a purchase, but I wanted to sell my condo as well, I contracted Anna for both. When my wife & I located a property we were interested in, and there were several, we contacted Anna and that very same day she got us a showing! We finally made our first bid. It was late in the evening, Anna went out of her way and put together a contract bid that very same evening and summitted it., however the sellers took another offer. We continued looking and found a place we loved. Again, it was a same day showing and again Anna went out of her way in the late evening to put an effective contract together & got it over to the seller. The very next day our bid was accepted. Anna then went to work to list my condo, the marketing was outstanding. The condo had multiple offers and sold the very first day it was shown. Anna was very responsive in answering every question, text, and email we had. Anna is extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and very personable.
