Fantastic experience: I can't recommend my real estate agent highly enough! She made both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new home a smooth and successful experience. She helped me sell my condo for over the asking price, and we were under contract in about a week. Her pricing strategy, marketing, and guidance throughout the process were outstanding. She was also incredibly patient while helping me search for my next home. We looked at several properties, and although my offers on a few homes weren't accepted, she kept me focused and optimistic. One of the best pieces of advice she gave me was to sell my condo before purchasing a home. Finding a buyer for my condo first made my offers much stronger and ultimately helped me secure the right home. Throughout the entire process, she was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and always had my best interests in mind. Fantastic experience: I made the decision to relocate to the greater Buffalo area from Massachusetts. Moving is stressful, relocating to a new state heightens that. I had met Bethany at the grand opening of a dear friend's store, and Bethany had helped her find a gorgeous space in a perfect location. When it was getting nearer to my time to move, I visited the area, and Bethany showed me three great houses. The second was perfect for me. As I returned home to secure last details for the move, Bethany attended the inspection for me, negotiated terms, and kept me abreast of the plans. Her team at Howard Hannah helped me set up utilities and find a local moving team to unload the truck. Every step along the way, Bethany was communicative and on top of things, which so greatly lightened my emotional load. Fantastic experience: Sometimes you feel as though things are meant to happen for a reason and when I met Beth I soon learned after that it was true. We had struggled for sometime to find our forever home. We had begun to worry with rising interest rates and over bidding of home we all have been experiencing. Fantastic experience: Bethany is beautiful on the inside and out, she was a very calming presence like when I lost my mind having a garage sale. Here's an example---excuse me, how much is this brand new camping stove--$10, a yeah can you throw in the the John Deere tractor with that?" Yeah, is this a 16th century table that John Hancock signed the Declaration of Independencece on, um I'll give you $4 in small change for that and can you throw in that snowblower? My colon is about to explode, do you mind if me and Jethro and the 5 kids use your bathroom, we all must of got food poisoning, its about to come out of both ends. Now I am not prone to using f-bombs...but what the... Bethany calmly explained that garage sales can be challenging. The time I was watching a realtor show some people the house from my ring camera that they were standing in front of. I turned on the sound and from the television came "I am going to kill you, get outta here", I was watching Outlander (which I highly recommend), there went Bethany's commission running out of the yard. I planned on coming up from Florida, selling the house in 2 weeks and being done with it as it was/is very emotional. 5 months later, not due to Bethany, but God who had to teach me about patience, I had to be talked off the ceiling several times. When it was time to do a price reduction, of course we all think our property is worth millions, she calmly and I mean calmly with the voice of Bob Ross painting a masterpiece in 4 minutes, suggested we do that. It worked! Always dressed to perfection. Not easily freaked out even when the snake crossed over in front of her, he was big----ooooh I was freaked!!! She prepared a beautiful picture book of the property for potential buyers to have, of which I will save and cherish. She was always available every time I texted her and walked me through all my questions. I highly recommend Bethany especially if you're a type A person who wants everything yesterday, she'll talk you down from the edge every time and get the job done.
