Negative experience: Bought a home from one of the brokers personal flippers. Had the new boiler system go bad first day in the house due to improper installation. Well he did take care of that issue. Even though we really appreciated that being done, many other issues started to pile up after. Front wall being rotted, no water line or power ran to dishwasher, duct tape used to fill holes in the ceiling covered with mud (didn’t that fall off), hole in wall covered by a plastic cover, sistered joists done but never leveled the house out properly, joists being supported by 2x4’s screwed to a 2x4 that’s just laying on the stone ground like that’s going to support anything, wrong calk used around shower in tub so didn’t water get behind tub. Truly disappointed to have purchased a 200k plus flipper due to many corners being cut or rigged. Very shocked an fha inspector let this place pass Anyone who had a hand on this property should be ashamed of themselves. Whatever happened to taking pride in work? Please be aware of any work that is done by them before making a mistake on your forever home and have all corners looked over. I know the whole point of flipping a home is to make money but atleast do it right so you feel good, your character is good, and the family has a nice place to call their forever home.

Negative experience: no communication with client, had to wait and see how the Bills did in a playoff game to see if I could have an open house! Friend tried to set up an appointment to see the house, nothing materialized. Would not choose them. I'm now living in Florida and have been for 21 months and now you reply? I had another agent all lined up for when your contract expired, which was in a matter of days. No help at closing either, thought I was going to have to wait to get my money, asked for your agent's help and got none! I would warn everyone up there in New York to never use your agency!

The home actually sold for $20,000 over asking with multiple offers. Her recommendations and constructive suggestions were especially appreciated.
